Hello and welcome.
This is Klea and this is a mindfulness meditation.
I suggest that you do this meditation in the morning so you can start your day in a mindful way.
However,
Whenever you feel comfortable or in need of some mindfulness,
This is a good choice to practice.
Take a deep breath and gently close your eyes.
If you are practicing in the morning,
You can sit or even stay up doing this as a standing meditation.
Bring your awareness to your breath and notice the rhythm of your breath.
Notice how you are feeling.
Notice what you are feeling.
What emotions are coming up?
What do you need to release and let go?
What do you need to embrace in this moment?
Notice your feelings and notice how they are.
If they were a color,
What color would they be?
If they were a pattern,
What pattern?
Tune in with your body and notice how you feel.
Notice your muscles.
Are they relaxed or contracted?
Notice your feelings and let them be.
Notice your breath.
Give your muscles permission to relax.
As you gently smile,
Thanking your body for taking care of you.
Letting go of anything that doesn't serve you.
And creating space for everything that is meant to empower you in this moment and in the moments to come.
Feel the relaxation and the empowerment coming from this shift in energy,
From this shift in mindset.
Take a deep breath,
Blessing your body through this breath and breathe out in peace and power.
And when you're ready,
You can open up your eyes as a new person and in your world.
