Hello my friend.
This is a meditation for attunement,
Alignment and receptivity.
Helping you feel safe in your body to arrive into awareness.
I want you to find a comfortable position where your spine can feel gently upright but not rigid.
As you shift in your seat,
Feeling yourself just melt into your hips.
Now from here,
Gently closing your eyes.
Let the lids be soft as you imagine drawing the eyes up toward the crown of your head and all the way back and down.
Taking a moment to just notice what does your body feel like right now.
Not what you think it should feel like but what is actually here.
Let this be your starting point wherever you are.
We're going to begin by bringing your awareness to your breath without changing it,
Just listening.
Bring your awareness to your breath and notice where you feel it naturally.
Maybe your chest,
Your belly or your throat.
Let it become something that you listen to instead of something you're trying to control.
Now deepen your inhale through the nose and soften the exhale out your mouth.
Deep breath in,
Nourishing your body and let it fall all the way down.
As you breathe,
Creating space inside.
As you exhale,
Releasing any tension.
With each breath in,
Imagine creating a little more space through your spine,
Length without tension.
And with every exhale,
Imagine dropping deeper into your body.
There's a quiet intelligence right here,
A rhythm that your body already knows.
You don't need to search for alignment,
You allow it by listening.
Notice where your body feels open and where it might feel a little bit guarded,
Letting both exist.
So often we get caught in believing that we are the ones who are meant to change everything,
Along with holding the weight of the whole world.
What if today I gave you permission to put that all down?
Imagine that above you,
There's a soft,
Steady,
White,
Warm light.
Not overwhelming,
Not too bright,
Just present.
With each inhale,
This light gently pours down into your body,
Filling all these spaces that are ready to receive.
Not trying to receive,
Just open.
And with every exhale,
The body softens,
Your body softens,
Making more room.
You don't have to reach for anything,
You do not have to earn anything.
Receptivity is simply allowing.
A slow breath in through your nose,
A gentle sigh out the mouth.
It gets to be easy,
It gets to be simple,
Just receive the breath,
Receive support,
Receive clarity without force.
Now bring your awareness to your heart or your center.
I want you to gently rest your hands wherever you need them,
Down the midline of your body.
And ask yourself quietly,
Without pressure,
What feels true for me right now?
No need for searching and a loud answer.
Just a subtle knowing.
Maybe it's a sensation or a feeling,
Or maybe it's nothing at all.
Maybe your body is asking you to just be present,
To just be here,
To just put down the weight.
Trust that your body,
It communicates in its own timing,
And that your role is not to demand answers,
But to stay available to all the sensation.
Feel your breath moving through you now,
A little more steady,
A little more connected.
Alignment isn't something outside of you,
It's not something you buy,
It's not marketed to you on platforms.
It's what happens when you stop overriding what you feel,
And you start listening to your wisdom.
Receptivity is not passive,
It's a form of deep listening.
And you are practicing both,
Right here and right now.
Now take another deep inhale in through the nose,
Fill up your lungs,
And slowly let it all fall away.
Bring awareness back to your body,
Back to your surroundings.
Gently moving your fingers,
Your toes,
Softly rocking your chin side to side to create a beautiful little wiggle through your neck and your spine.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
And see if you can carry this sense of listening within you,
Moving through your day,
Not forcing,
But allowing.
Because people remember how you make them feel.
Your body knows how to return you to itself.
Thank you for giving yourself the gift of just coming home.
