Hello and welcome.
I'm so excited you've joined me for this activation of your soul's purpose.
Throughout this recording I will guide you into a calm state within your nervous system and your only job,
Your only focus is just to stay present,
To listen to the resonance of my voice.
You don't even need to know what I'm saying.
You don't need to understand it.
In fact,
It's better that you don't.
All you need to do is return to the breath any time that you find the mind racing or wandering and just allow the body to send sensation as I speak directly to you.
So let's begin.
Right now you can either be seated or lying down.
If you're seated,
Bringing your attention gently to the soles of your feet.
Lying down,
Bringing your attention to all the points of contact on the mat,
The floor,
The bed beneath you.
And as we take some slow breaths,
We're going to imagine breathing in to the points of contact to the floor,
Whether that's your seat,
Your feet,
Your head,
Wherever that might be.
So close your eyes gently,
Drop your shoulders down away from your ears and then exhale everything out.
Empty your lungs.
Now I take a slow breath in through your nose,
Just filling up gently.
And as you sigh it out,
Sending the breath through those points of contact to the ground.
Deep breath in,
Pulling energy up and through.
And exhale,
Sending it down to the earth.
Breathing in,
Expanding your lungs wide,
Horizontally out.
And exhale,
Direct that energy back down.
Continue to breathe slowly,
Bringing your attention now to your eyes.
Lids are closed.
I want you to roll your eyes toward the top of your head.
And now continue to roll them all the way back as if you're looking behind you.
And finally drawing them all the way down as if peering down your spine.
Breathing slowly and controlled,
Calmly and rhythmically,
You're safe right here.
I want you to imagine the space you're in is pure darkness.
Black silk coating the body.
And all you hear is a distant gentle breeze bringing calm to your entire system.
You're weightless here,
Yet deeply rooted to your body.
And as you rest in this space,
Gently bringing your attention to the crown of your head,
Feeling any sensation that rests right here.
And now imagine the mind opening up to this vast,
Empty space.
Relaxing your forehead,
Softening any tension in your face.
Taking a deep breath in.
And let it all go.
The body rooted,
Anchored and connected.
The mind open,
Clear and curious.
Now gently asking yourself a question.
What does my soul most need me to know now?
What does my soul most need me to know now?
And just listen.
And if nothing arises,
Keep breathing slowly,
Gently.
If there were never any barriers to your dreams,
Never any blocks keeping you in place,
Holding you to your story,
What would your life look like?
How would you feel?
How would you dress?
How would you walk?
What's your favorite color?
What food delights you?
And who are you surrounded by?
Bring up an image in your mind's eye of this version of you.
And then take one keyword from this image.
Is it joy?
Laughter?
Success?
Abundance?
Connection?
Peace?
Beauty?
Simplicity?
Now take that word and imagine etching it into your heart with a gentle golden thread.
Wrapping your life force with this beautiful intention of what your soul is calling for.
Returning to the image and asking yourself,
How can I take a step toward this?
How can I take a step toward my most aligned highest expression?
It may be simple.
In fact,
It's best that it is.
It doesn't have to be hard.
It doesn't have to be complicated.
It doesn't have to be confusing.
Sometimes it seems almost too easy.
What is that next step?
Now energetically bringing that single word back into your mind's eye and starting to feel the resonance of the word.
If it's simplicity,
How does that feel in your body?
Repeat it silently or aloud as many times as you need to touch in on that specific frequency.
It's known that words are 9% of communication.
Each word carries a vibration as it flows through you.
What is that vibration and where does it show up in your body?
Next,
We bring our attention and our awareness to that place in your body.
With your inhale,
Breathe into it,
Creating space,
Expanding.
And with your exhale,
Settling in to the sensation.
Breathing in,
Giving the word,
The expression air.
And then exhale,
Settle in deeper.
One more breath in,
Expanding it as if it's coating your entire body.
And then exhale,
Drop into the feeling.
What images arise?
What do you feel?
What do you sense?
What do you see?
This is your intuition.
This is your language with your body.
This is your frequency.
Your soul is always reaching for you,
Always available,
Always open to give you as much information as you need.
So as you settle in a little bit longer,
Ask the soul,
How can I be of service?
Not of service to others,
But to yourself,
To your higher self,
To your soul,
To all that is.
Can I be of service?
How can I honor you?
How can I show up completely devoted to my highest and greatest good?
Resting right here,
Feeling the warmth of all that surrounds you,
Of all that is cheering you on,
Of all that is here to support you.
We don't call in what we want.
We call in who we are.
So return to this anytime that you want to feel that connection.
Activating the soul,
Dropping it into the body,
Rooting the universe in to yourself.
