So if you know your ABC's go ahead and do them now but if you don't let me share them with you.

So A you're going to have an attitude of nonchalance when you meditate with me.

Just let it go it doesn't need to be anything just let it go let it loose just be.

To suspend your beliefs suspend your beliefs just be.

C connect.

Connect by getting comfortable that's the other C I want you to embrace.

You don't have to force anything to happen you don't have to follow any meditation rules.

This meditation is yours.

You set the rules.

Now you have your ABC's attitude of nonchalance suspend your beliefs and connect by getting comfortable.

As you sink into the surface underneath you just like you're gonna settle in to watch a good movie you're gonna watch the movie in your mind and you can start with your eyes open and with your eyes open just focus on a spot in front of you and just allow that spot to become focus.

All you see is this spot everything else just fades into the background and as you focus on that spot your eyes will blink and each blink will bring you more calm more peaceful more relaxed.

As you focus on the spot eyes blinking notice your breath and you are in complete control so you can slow down your breath and as your eyes blink you become more comfortable your breath slows down your heart rate slows down there's nothing to do just be.

Be in this moment.

As you breathe you may notice the sounds around you each sound bringing you more calm more peaceful and more relaxed including the sound of my voice.

Every sound you hear is like music to your ears brings you more calm more peaceful more relaxed and if you like on the next out breath you can close your eyes or you can continue to focus on your spot.

As you become more calm more peaceful more relaxed sinking into the surface underneath you sinking down down and even further down feeling comfortable connected connecting with yourself.

Breathe.

Very good.

And if you think that's okay to just allow the thoughts to roll around in your head and just allow them to leave on the out breath.

Your brain is so powerful allow it to do what it does.

And the purpose of this meditation is to just get ready.

Prepare.

Prepare to release and let go of the old story.

No need to feel voids anymore.

You can let go of the drugs,

Alcohol,

Work,

Whatever you've been using to feel your voids you feel.

And go ahead and fill in this blank.

I no longer need to.

I no longer need to.

I no longer need to.

You could say things like I no longer need to work myself to death.

I no longer need to complain all the time.

I no longer need to fear the unknown.

I no longer need to blame anyone.

I no longer need to rescue.

Whatever you want to release just announce it.

Affirm it.

I no longer.

Just breathe.

You might even feel that feeling releasing from your body.

It's allowing it to release from your brain.

Your body.

The need releases from you every day in every way.

With every breath you take you release that need.

It's no longer important.

It will just be.

Sinking into the surface underneath you.

Sinking with yourself.

Your true authentic self.

Letting go of the story.

Let it go.

Let it loose as you go deeper and deeper.

Releasing.

Letting go.

And just say to yourself I let go.

I release.

I let go.

I release.

And you can finish that sentence if you like.

Just connect with the sounds around you.

Each sound bringing you more calm,

More peaceful,

More relaxed.

Just be.

And breathe.

Letting go.

Letting loose.

Breathe it out.

You don't even have to know what the void is.

It's not important.

All you have to know is that you're ready to let go.

Let go.

Let loose.

Release.

Delete.

I no longer need.

Breathe it out.

I no longer need.

One more time.

I no longer need.

I am at peace.

I am at peace.

I am at peace.

I am at peace.

You can just keep repeating that statement to yourself.

And breathe.

I am at peace.

And that peace feels the void you used to feel in every day,

In every way.

Letting go.

Letting loose.

Letting go of the story.

Even letting go of why the story is the story.

Let it all go.

Each sound around you brings you more calm,

More peaceful,

More relaxed.

Including the sound of my voice.

And you're going to take this relaxed feeling from your subconscious brain to your conscious brain.

Knowing that you can return here anytime you want to.

If you ever feel a void,

You can come back to this meditation.

You can come back to this feeling by just recalling your statement.

I am at peace.

I am at peace.

I am at peace.

I am at peace.

Just say to yourself.

And if you're using this meditation to drift off to sleep,

You can do so now.

If you're using this meditation to awaken,

You can take this peaceful feeling from your subconscious brain to your conscious brain as we count from one up to five.

Taking this feeling throughout your day by taking the first step.

One.

And the next step.

Two.

As you begin to feel your fingers and your toes.

Three.

Feeling the surface underneath you.

Four.

Coming up even more.

Five.

All the way up.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

And when you are ready,

You can open your eyes and go through your day at peace.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Eyes open.

Wide awake.

Take a deep breath in.

Release.

Allow that peace to move through the world with you.
