I love.

Some days just feel heavier than others.

And this moment is here to help you breathe again.

Let your body find a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down.

Take a soft breath in through your nose,

And a long sigh through your mouth.

Again,

Slowly inhaling deeply,

And releasing gently.

Feel your breath slowing the pace of everything inside you.

Now if you like,

And the other two,

Lower belly.

Notice the rise.

No need to change anything.

Let your breath lengthen naturally,

Like a soft wave.

Each exhale unwinding what's tight,

And each inhale inviting calm.

Your nervous system remembering what peace feels like.

Even when life feels loud,

You can always return here.

To this breath.

To this moment.

To yourself.

You can stay here as long as you need.

Open your eyes and start to look at the surroundings.
