When you’ve been moving through your days with strength and tenderness, it’s easy to forget you’re allowed to melt too. This session is a gentle exhale — a soft place to land at the end of a long day. There’s a tiredness that comes from holding everything together — the kind that makes real rest feel far away. When your body has been bracing for too long, even sleep can feel like something you have to work for. This third session invites you to soften the places inside you that stay on alert. Through slow, coherent breathing and gentle somatic anchoring, you’ll calm the patterns that keep you from fully letting go. As your breath steadies, your body remembers that rest isn’t earned — it naturally returns when you feel safe. Calming, grounding, and deeply restorative, this practice guides you into the safety your body has been craving. Welcome back love This is the third session in our five part journey Surrender Sleep meditations for moms who do it all Each night you'll be practicing the art of setting down more of what you carry The weight The expectations Tonight's practice is for the part of you that feels you must always perform The part that smiles when you're tired And says yes when your body needs no That ties your worth to what you give Instead of who you are Here,

There is no performance No proving Here,

You are safe to rest So settle in And let's begin If you feel comfortable to do so,

Place one hand on your heart And the other on your belly Feel the warmth whenever you feel yourself getting caught in the idea of doing this right Just lean into the feeling of you holding yourself in this position It means you are safe Let's breathe together We're going to breathe in through the nose for a count of five And exhale softly through the nose for five This way of breathing will steady your heart Soothe your mind And tells your body that Please remember that there is nothing to achieve here Simply a rhythm to lean into Start to inhale gently through your nose 5,

2 And let your breath return to its natural rhythm Notice the warmth of your hands resting on your body A steady beat of your heart Silently whisper to yourself If thoughts of others' needs appear Imagine placing them gently in a basket by your side The basket will hold them safely until tomorrow So you don't have to carry them tonight Here,

You are not a role You are just you in this moment See if you can let your shoulders drop just a bit more Let your belly soften beneath your hand Simply as it is Not doing or to deserve sleep You are safe to stop and simply be You are safe to soften You are safe to let Feel your breath Feel your body heavy Heavy There is nothing for you to carry right now The rest is not something to be earned It's something to receive It is holding you And you are safe As you drift now Feel yourself The earth steady beneath To hold what you no longer Without asking for anything in return
