This is the first session in the Surrendered Sleep Series, created for the mother who holds so much — quietly, constantly, lovingly. Through gentle breathwork, a soft body scan, and calming emotional cues, you’ll settle your nervous system, soften your edges, and remember that rest is safe — even when things are unfinished. This practice is here to help you exhale — to feel held instead of holding everything. Start here with this free session. New meditations in this journey are released weekly, each supporting you to go deeper into release, emotional safety, soft strength, and self-trust. And if at any point you feel called to explore deeper support and inner repair through guided nervous-system coaching, I hold space for that too — gently, slowly, and in partnership with your pace. For now, just rest. You’re not behind. You don’t need to do more to deserve peace. Your rest matters. Music credit - Narek Mirzaei (Founder, Music Of Wisdom)

If you're here,

Chances are your days are full,

Full of caring,

Full of lists that never quite end.

And even now,

As you lie down,

A part of you might whisper,

It's not enough,

I should be doing more.

That whisper,

It doesn't mean you're failing,

It's just the weight of all you've been carrying in this space.

And you don't have to hold at all,

For tonight,

It's safe to soften,

It's safe to pause,

Safe to let your body receive the rest it has been asking for all along.

This meditation is our first step in a five part journey called Surrendered,

Sleep meditations for the moms who do it all.

Each night,

We'll soften a little more,

Sit down everything that feels heavy,

And come back to a place of steadiness and ease within yourself.

Tonight,

We begin with a simple permission to rest,

Now settle in,

And let's begin.

Let's begin with a few gentle deep breaths together,

Breathing in through the nose for a count of four,

And out through the mouth with a soft sigh for six.

Let's do this a few times,

Just letting your body release the day,

And sighing effortlessly out,

Ahhh,

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

And a long releasing exhale,

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

Last one,

Breathing in through the nose again,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One,

And let your breath return to its natural rhythm,

Remember that there's nothing to get right here,

Nothing to control,

And just letting each exhale remind you that you are safe to rest now.

Now if you like,

You can start to imagine a gentle wave of relaxation,

Starting at the of your head,

And let it roll slowly downwards,

Softening the space between your eyebrows,

And releasing any tension in your cheeks or face,

And clenching your jaw,

Moving down your neck,

Releasing anything still lingering,

Flowing down to your arms,

Softening across your chest,

Feel protected,

Notice your belly rising,

And that you're back on wide,

Sinking more deeply into the bed beneath you,

Feel your hips,

Thighs softening,

Knees loosen,

And ankles release,

Heels sinking,

Soles letting go,

And let your toes completely uncurl,

And let your whole body rest,

Heavy,

Deeply at ease,

And fully supported by the surface beneath you,

With every exhale,

Let yourself surrender,

Sinking deeper and deeper into the support of your bed beneath you,

And for tonight,

You don't need to do anything else,

If it feels right,

Silently repeat after me,

For tonight is allowed,

It is safe for me,

Without force,

There is nothing more waiting,

This is your time,

To take care of you,

Let your body grow heavy,

To be held,

In this space,

In this moment,
