Sometimes the hardest part of the evening isn’t the exhaustion — it’s the after-echo of everything you held together. The expectations you tried to meet. The emotions you managed. The small moments that landed more heavily than you expected. This session is your soft permission slip to set it all down. Through steady, rhythmic breathing and gentle somatic cues, you’ll guide your body out of “holding” mode and into deep, grounded surrender. We’ll soften the space behind your heart, relax the belly that always stays braced, and let the mind loosen its grip on what still feels unfinished. As the weight of the day dissolves, you’ll rediscover the quiet truth beneath the noise: your body knows how to return to calm. Your breath knows how to lead you there. And rest is safe for you. A nurturing, feminine, deeply restorative practice — a place to exhale everything you no longer need to carry. Now settle in and let’s begin… Music credit - Narek Mirzaei (Founder, Music Of Wisdom)

Welcome back,

Love.

This is the fourth session in our five-part journey together.

Surrendered,

Sleep meditations for moms who do it all.

If you're here tonight,

It's because you've carried a lot.

With care,

With love,

And often with more strength than anyone ever sees.

You've shown up,

Even when it felt heavy.

It's okay to exhale now.

You don't have to keep holding it all.

But strength isn't found in holding everything together.

True strength is knowing when to exhale.

To soften.

To trust.

To allow yourself to be supported.

And that's what we'll practice together.

Now settle in,

And let's begin.

We'll arrive with a gentle breath exercise to help your body unwind.

This 4-7-8 breath is a rhythm that reminds your nervous system it's safe to rest.

You'll breathe in for 4,

Hold for 7,

And exhale with a sigh slowly for 8.

Just follow my voice.

Take a gentle breath in through your nose.

Stop softly at the top.

Holding for 7,

And releasing through the mouth with a sigh.

Again,

Inhaling through the nose.

Return now to its natural rhythm.

Notice how each cycle tells your nervous system that it's safe to relax and start to bring your awareness to the surface beneath you.

Notice how your bed supports you effortlessly,

Without asking for anything in return.

The support extends deeper,

And the steady strength of the earth itself holding you completely,

Effortlessly.

You don't have to hold yourself up.

Release a little more of the weightiness we're due here,

Only to soften into this moment.

It doesn't come from caring at all.

Strength also comes from allowing yourself to trust that you are safe,

To let go.

Feel your breath.

Steady.

Feel your body.

And safe.

There is nothing left to count as holding you.

You are safe.

To soften.

To rest.

You are safe.
