Hello and welcome to a meditation brought to you by The Forum,
The Love Loop.
I invite you to find your space that takes you the closest to relaxation that you can get.
You can be seated or you can be lying down,
A place that you can breathe,
Safely close your eyes and relax.
I invite you to imagine yourself in a place that you see as one of your safest and most favorite places in the world.
In your mind's eye,
I want you to go to this place and feel that feeling of safety.
Allow that safety to get really deep inside of you.
Allow that safe feeling to dissolve any and all burdens,
All of your pain,
All of your fear.
Allow it all fizz away,
Drain from your body in the safe space that does not exist.
Release all of those old negative patterns.
See them fall off of you like drops of water off of your fingers,
Sliding down and leaving your body,
Melting away,
Peeling away.
Imagine yourself standing in this safe place with your arms wide open and I'd like you to finish the sentence that I start and I'd like you to say,
I am open and receptive.
I declare that I want,
Maybe to be happy,
To feel loved,
Healthy,
At peace.
I am open and receptive.
I declare that I want,
Picture yourself standing with your arms wide open and you can see yourself and you look healthy,
You look happy,
You look at peace,
You look filled with love.
Take this feeling and hold it close in your heart and imagine that you are sharing this very feeling with each and every person in the world.
You are creating a loop of universal love and of healing and repeat the words,
I choose to be in the loop of love.
I realize that we all want peace,
We all want health,
Safety,
Expression,
Creativity,
Fulfillment.
You are free to close the loop in your safe space now.
You have looped the world with love because you are a part of everything.
Slowly come back to your body now,
See that beautiful safe place slowly dissolving,
Knowing that you can come back to that place at any time,
Wiggle your fingers and your toes,
Bring your hands up and cup them over your eyes,
Open your eyes slowly,
Blink and bring your hands back down.
