This is Kiran Aimee.

Let's start with the one minute guided meditation.

Let's firstly take in a deep breath of white light and exhale out.

Let's go again,

Breathing in white light through the nose,

Dark smoke out the mouth.

Breathing in love,

Feeling your lungs expanding.

Breathing out,

Feeling your lungs releasing.

Breathe in abundance,

Feeling your body getting full.

Breathing out and letting go,

Emptying.

Breathing in your life force,

Feeling energized.

And breathe out,

Stale ideas,

Feeling relaxed.

Breathe in your power and tension for the day.

Breathing out any pre-emptive tension for today.

Seek your true self.
