Being positive can be an inauthentic, cheerleader exercise if you are trying to convince yourself of something that you do not truly believe. It can also be a liberation from entrapment that we all need to feel like we have the fuel to thrive. You are whole and you deserve to feel free.

Hello and welcome to a meditation brought to you by The Forum,

The Bridge of Light.

Positivity can be simply put as having an optimistic attitude.

So what happens when we're down and out,

When our cup of optimism has run dry?

I think that this is when our daily practice or the presence of that substance,

You know,

The magical positivity and the practice of this in our daily lives,

This is when it counts.

This is when that small smile about those little things in your darkest day keeps your brain healthy and keeps your stress levels low.

It's this way of training our brains into a beautiful way of thinking,

Sort of like brushing your teeth.

It's brain hygiene.

It's washing away what no longer serves us.

And when your positivity comes from this authentic place,

This loving place,

This is when our affirmations and our manifestations start to come alive.

They really start to push through.

These positive life changes start becoming a choice and then they start to become our power,

Where we begin to love and live our most authentic roles.

I invite you to settle and take a nice deep breath here through your nose.

Feel that go into your lungs and your belly.

Feel the swell of this life giving positivity.

And breathe out that stale air.

Let's breathe in deeply again through the nose.

And feel that swell filter through your body.

Your arms,

Your head,

Neck,

Legs,

Feet.

And breathe out those stuck emotions.

Let's breathe in once more and feel the sense of acceptance.

Accepting this positive state over our bodies.

And release all that you're holding onto today.

Allow your body to surrender now.

Surrender to this positive acceptance.

Feeling your eyes melt into your head.

Allow your lips to part a little.

And feel your shoulders melt away from your ears and your neck.

Like wax dripping down your arms and off the tips of your fingers.

Feel your tummy and your hips float like you do in a bath of warm water.

And now feel that water run down your legs,

Down your feet and your toes.

Dripping all the burdens of the day.

Imagine now you are standing in a meadow of daisies.

Shining bright white and yellow.

You can smell that sweet,

Beautiful smell in the air around you.

And looking across the meadow you can see a blanket of white peace.

Rolling on and on into more white tranquility.

You can see bees floating from one daisy to the next.

The butterfly brings your awareness to a stark contrast.

Between the white ocean of flowers in front of you and the bright blue sky.

It feels like love.

It is only you but you do not feel alone.

You are with the hymn of Mother Earth.

The very beat of your own nature.

As you turn to look around you,

You notice a temple shining on the top of a mountain behind you.

It glistens in the sunlight and you immediately feel drawn.

You need to be there.

In the beat.

And you feel a pulse from within the temple that you already feel from below.

You start to make your way up the mountain.

Feeling a calling from your guide.

A calling that this temple is a spiritual playground.

Feel the gravel underfoot as you climb.

You can hear the birds soaring behind you.

And once you take that final step to the top of the mountain where you see the entrance of the temple and the glow and the glisten.

You feel a sense of home.

A sense of safety.

Love.

Peace.

At the doorway there is a being of light.

One of your guides.

And you are embraced with what feels like acceptance.

Allow this guide to lead you.

Lead you into the depths of this crystal temple.

And while you move with them,

Explain in your own words to them what you wish to do or to feel.

Maybe you wish to feel more love.

More courage.

Maybe you wish to find peace on your path.

Forgiveness for another.

Wait here and listen to what this guide has to tell you,

Give you.

In your mind's eye now,

Picture a golden cord streaming out of your heart center.

It pushes outward and begins to structure a golden bridge.

Another golden cord springs from your chest.

And another.

And another.

And working together,

These golden cords glow together.

A golden bridge.

As you walk towards the bridge,

You see on the other side the thing that you spoke to your guide about.

Your love.

Your forgiveness.

Your path.

Take a step onto this bridge now.

And as you do,

You see that the thing that you have asked for also takes a step onto the bridge.

As you step closer,

It steps closer.

And you meet in the middle.

As you meet,

It envelops you.

First from the outside,

Enrobing you in the feeling of wholeness.

This quality then fixes itself into your heart center.

And you can feel how your body begins to hum that same beat,

That same drum as the temple.

You are whole.

Take a deep breath here.

Feel the hum.

Bring your hands up to your heart center now.

Left over right.

And say,

I love you.

Thank you.

Thank your guide for their time and their presence today.

Put them farewell.

And you will see them again soon.

Feel your body come gently back to you.

Move your hands and your feet.

Ready to join the world again.

To inject your beautiful positivity,

Abundant attitude into today.

When you open your eyes,

Smile.

Thank you for being so kind to yourself today.

Namaste.
