Holding ourselves needs some coaching. Being without judging ourselves, just holding the heartache. Often when we are heartbroken or in pain emotionally, our bodies are in pain in areas and we manifest health issues as a result. Being and breathing with our emotional and physical pain helps us take the first step into healing- acceptance.

Today on the forum meditations we are doing a meditation on heartache.

We all have pain,

We've suffered loss and we've experienced our own trauma.

The truth is that we fall,

We break,

We fail and we hurt and sometimes this can be so painful.

So painful in fact that we can feel it in our bones,

In our bodies,

In our chest.

A gaping wound exposed to the world.

And in order for us to maintain this balance,

This balance for this construct of ideas that dictates what we should be,

When we move on,

How to move on,

To be brave,

To be strong,

To get back up on the horse.

Now is the time to realize that it is safe to look within and to be here for yourself,

To hold yourself.

I invite you now to close your eyes and to get comfortable.

Become aware of your body,

How it feels.

Acknowledge those aches,

Those pains,

The hollowed out feeling in your chest.

See it,

Feel it.

Don't try and fix them but be present with them.

I now invite you to inhale a deep and loving breath.

And let that out through your mouth.

On the next inhale,

See a green light shining from your heart center.

You can see green pouring in and shining out.

Pouring in and shining out with every breath.

Let's take a breath in through our noses.

And let it go.

Beautiful green light shining.

And one last one.

In.

And out.

This pain you feel is real.

Mentally,

Emotionally,

Spiritually even.

The fracture and the trauma is there.

We don't want to manifest this into something more but we do want to hold it.

As we breathe,

I'd like you to accept.

To make space.

No need to release.

Nobody's forcing you to let go.

We're just breathing through the pain.

Now the deep breath into the belly.

Green light.

Pouring in.

Feel the feelings and hold them.

Love them.

Caress them.

Release your breath.

Now the breath in.

Green light pouring in.

Hold yourself.

You are loved.

Green light shining out.

I'd like you to imagine this green light that's pouring out of your heart centres.

Not only filling the room.

But it is bouncing back at you.

This beautiful,

Calming,

Loving,

Gentle green light.

As it bounces back and touches your skin.

It holds you.

It hugs you.

Let's breathe that in.

Let it pour out.

Let the light hug you.

Breathe in.

Green light filling your body.

Filling all those cracks and knots.

It's okay to be where you are.

You are exactly where you should be.

Let's take a deep breath in.

Filling all the spaces in you with love,

Happiness,

Joy.

And breathe it out.

Share that joy in the green light.

Let that joy and love and happiness vibrate off of you and then back into you.

Let's breathe again.

The green light is filling your belly.

It's going into your bones,

Into your legs,

Hips.

Breathe it out.

Breathing in.

Gratitude.

Breathe it out.

It comes back to you.

And it fills your head,

Your face,

Your neck.

It drips down your body.

And it is creating a sense of absolute relief.

Hold the pain.

Give it what it needs.

I'm sorry.

I love you.

Thank you.

I forgive you.

Let's breathe it in.

And out.

I'm sorry.

I love you.

Thank you.

I forgive you.

Breathe in the green light.

And breathe it out.

I'm sorry.

I love you.

Thank you.

I forgive you.

Breathe in the green light.

And breathe it out.

I'm sorry.

I love you.

Thank you.

I forgive you.

I invite you to bring your hands up to your heart chakra.

Left over right.

And take this time.

Quietly.

With yourself.

To repeat.

I'm sorry.

I love you.

Thank you.

I forgive you.

I'm sorry.

I love you.

Thank you.

I forgive you.

All the places of yourself.

That are hurting.

All the places in yourself.

That need love.

All those places are filled with green light.

Not expectation.

But devotion to self.

Remember.

That self love is not selfish.
