And so surrender comes and she lets herself fall,
Not fall in the way that she hits the ground,
But in a way that she lets herself go.
She releases tight grip on the expectation that create white knuckles that become rosy,
Flowing with a world that no time twists.
Taking that white flag and wrapping it around her for when the ego comes.
Her daunting feelings melt away and creation comes into the light.
Observing your life experience into reality,
So setting intentions and stepping into the cold,
Is the creation.
It is the energy,
The thoughts and the feelings of the same thing,
So closing the gap between the now and the future and essentially collapsing time.
Realising that our unconsciousness is the dream killer,
Is really realising your forgiveness of yourself.
It is your way of apologising to yourself,
How unlawful,
How hard you have been.
And there you are,
No longer the victim,
And you are the power.
You are not fighting but dancing,
You are not blaming,
And you are not in the shadow.
You are now celebrating.
You are the light.
I want you to get comfortable,
Either in a seated or lying down position.
You always know what's best for you.
And I want us together to take three deep breaths,
Through our nose and out of our mouth.
And let go,
One in,
And you can sigh it out.
And two,
Deep and slow,
Sigh it out.
And three,
Breathe.
I want you to settle into your body.
Feel the air around you.
I want you to take note of how your body is feeling.
What is it feeling?
How does the air feel on your skin?
How do your muscles feel?
Are they tense?
Are they relaxed?
How does your jaw feel?
Your face feel?
Your eyes?
Don't judge yourself,
Just observe.
This is not a judgement.
This is purely an observation.
I want you to now picture a beautiful white light coming from the top of your head.
And this white light is a relaxation light.
And as it pours out of the top of your head,
It runs down your face.
It runs down your ears,
Your nose,
Your mouth.
It runs down the back of your head and the back of your neck,
Down your shoulders and down your back,
Chest,
Tummy,
Hips.
Let your thighs and legs down.
Relax your knees,
Front and back,
Your shins.
Relax your calves,
Your ankles,
Your heels.
Relax your toes,
From top to bottom.
So it's covered you in a shield of absolute relaxation.
I now want you to come to a place where you visualise a circle of people.
That circle of people is maybe holding hands,
But they feel very close and intimate in this circle.
And as you walk up to this circle,
I want you to take a step inside this circle.
I want you to now look up and have a look around.
Look at their faces,
Feel their hearts,
Their feelings.
And I want you to take note of the realisation that not these people are you.
Some are children,
So your child version of your child self.
Some are teenagers,
Early 20s,
Young adults,
Maybe middle-aged,
Older,
Elderly even.
And all of these people are smiling at you.
Take note of how life has aged them or the youth in some of them.
And take note of the beauty in each phase of those parts of your life,
The gift of life.
Now I want you to look at a version of yourself that you truly think or wish that you are to become.
This could be at any phase of your life,
Obviously not the path that you've gone past.
Spotting them,
I want you to walk towards them,
Draw them in,
Hold their hands,
Look them in the eyes.
I want you to look at this person,
I want you to see deep inside of them.
I want you to see what they have achieved with such ease and such grace.
Look at the outcomes of what they have achieved and how these things are displayed in this perfect sequence of perfect events,
Just as they planned.
Look at the look on their faces,
Is it satisfaction,
Happiness,
Maybe relief,
Accomplishment.
I want you to hold the hands of this person and I want you to say,
Well then,
Wow.
Tell them that they are so worthy of this beautiful life.
Tell them you are so incredibly proud of the loyalty that they have shown themselves,
The loyalty of the hard,
The easy,
The flow,
The present moment.
Tell them that you are so proud of the present moment.
Tell them how very beautiful they look,
Standing in their power.
Now,
Hug this person,
Squeeze them tight,
Envelop them like there is no letting go.
Now this time,
Instead of walking away and waving goodbye,
We're going to step into this person.
We're going to become one with this person.
Feel yourself becoming snuggie inside their body,
Dropping in and merging as one.
Now I want you to look around the circle and I want you to look at each and every other version of yourself,
Past,
Maybe present,
All of them and see how they begin to dissolve,
Magically becoming sandy particles that are floating in the air and coming into your heart center.
And as they do this,
It starts to feel warm,
Healing,
Magical.
Appreciate this for a moment while you take it all in.
Put your hands over your heart,
Right over left and feel that warmth.
Feel the self-healing of the no time,
The absolute present,
This very moment where you finally met yourself.
There's no future,
There's no past,
There's only right now.
And stepping into this is all that exists.
I want you to feel this power and I want you to take a long,
Deep,
Slow breath in through your nose.
Hold it at the top and then let's release it.
Let's let it go.
Welcome home.
This is what you have been waiting for.
I want you to repeat these affirmations.
I am everything I desire to be.
I love this version of myself.
I am and I am.
Living your truth is an essential.
Loving your truth is a necessity.
Embodying your truth is a choice.
I want you to live tomorrow as this person and the next day and the next day.
And when you start forgetting,
Remind yourself.
Step right back into that power,
To that person.
To that person.
Everything you want is right here.
You possess it all.
I want you to slowly come back to the room.
Bring your attention to your fingers.
Give them a little wriggle.
Wriggle your toes.
Feel the air consciously coming in and out of your body.
Rise and fall of your belly.
I want you to lift your hands over your eyes.
Cut them over your eyes and slowly open your eyes.
They have adjusted.
Drop your hands.
I really am so proud of you for being who you are.
I look forward to working with you some more.
Namaste.
