Welcome to Breathwork by the Forum.

I'm Keren and I will be guiding you through your breathwork session today.

Hello there ladies and welcome to the Yoni breathwork session for today.

Yoni,

For those of you that don't know,

Is a word that we use,

A sacred word that we use,

To describe our sexual organs,

Our vaginas.

And we feel,

Just generally,

I think in the yogi world,

That the sexual organ is really quite bastardised.

We use sexual organ words to describe bad people or bad events.

And the Yoni is soft and beautiful and that's why we will be referring to it as the Yoni today.

And today we will be doing the Yoni breathwork.

This is basically a breathwork session that connects your breath to the contractions of your pelvic floor.

This is a wonderful grounding breathwork and it also unlocks your sacred sexual energy.

This is not a sexual breathing,

It is really connecting you to your feminine divine and your sacred flow.

So let's get going and allow you to connect with your magic and connect with your highest self.

Because you deserve to intimately connect with your own body.

I invite you now to find a space that you'll not be disturbed.

Light a candle,

Create a romantic ambience that you can be with yourself.

Maybe grab some crystals,

Maybe it's a good time for you to pause the audio and go and get your area set up.

And make it feel beautiful.

If not,

Let's carry on.

Please get comfortable and sit with your spine straight.

Let's take this time to connect with our bodies.

Be in this present moment of loving ourselves,

Being kind to ourselves.

Bring your eyes down,

Close them and feel your body,

Your cells,

Your skin.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Through your nose,

Take another deep breath in and out.

And last one,

Another deep breath in and out.

What we're going to do is we're going to inhale.

And as we inhale,

We are going to contract our pelvic floor like a kegel.

If you've had a baby,

You would have been told to practice kegels to strengthen your pelvic muscle.

This is also known as the Mulabandha movement.

And then when you exhale,

You will release.

So we will inhale,

Contract your pelvic floor,

Hold and exhale out of your mouth.

We will do five rounds of this.

We will then move into the reverse.

And when we inhale,

We will release.

When we exhale,

We will contract our pelvic floor.

I would recommend that we don't over exaggerate our contraction.

So it just needs to be subtle.

You don't need to be moving your body up and down in order to make this movement possible.

It's a very subtle internal movement where you need to be comfortable.

So what we're going to do is we can start if you're comfortable,

Relaxed.

Let's go.

Breathe in and hold.

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Exhale out the mouth.

Inhale,

Hold.

Exhale out the mouth.

Inhale,

Hold.

Exhale out the mouth.

You're doing great.

Inhale,

Hold.

Exhale.

Wonderful.

We're going to do another round where you are only going to hear me breathing.

I'll be talking you through,

But we're going to reverse.

We are going to inhale,

Hold,

Exhale.

On the inhale,

You are going to be relaxed.

On the exhale,

You are going to contract.

Let's go.

You can believe in intimacy.

You can be bonded with your body intimately.

You are powerful,

Bold,

Brilliant.

Great job,

Everyone.

I hope you feel revitalized,

Grounded,

And full of your divine energy.

Namaste.
