Divine Feminine Energy Meditation

Having a toolkit that you can access your feminine Divine is essential for woman walking the earth. Being able to act on being discerning and knowing when you can give it a “hells yes” or a definite NO is a skill that comes from standing in your power.

Hello and welcome to the Divine Feminine Energy Meditation, Brought to you by The Forum. For me, The Divine Feminine, I believe very strongly, Is something that every single one or every single woman that walks the planet deserves to tap into and given a toolkit in which to draw on or pull something out of in being discerning and understanding the absolute power, Being able to listen to that inner voice. We are going to find a beautiful comfortable place to sit in and we are going to really zone into ourselves today and enjoy the time that we have with our feminine self. I'd like you to find a place to please lie down and gently and softly close your eyes. Slow everything down. Let's take a nice big deep breath through our nose and gently release it out of your mouth. Let's do two more like that. Slow and deep and release from your mouth. And last one. Slow and deep and let that go. You are right here in this very moment, Right now. This is where you need to be. Feel your breath evenly go in and out. The rise and fall of your belly. Keep your breath even and flowing throughout the meditation. In your mind's eye I invite you to imagine yourself standing on top of a hill. You can feel the warm grass underfoot. It's been sitting in the Sun all day. That magical energy is floating up through your feet into your body. The Sun is setting and the sky is orange and pink with flecks of yellow. You feel a breeze on your skin and as you look to the side you see a pathway or a little trail that takes you down the side of the hill. Step onto this and walk towards a small patch of trees. Once you get to the patch of trees you can feel how the grass is a little bit longer, A little bit fresher and cooler. And you feel this grass tickle your ankle and brush against your shins. Look up into the tree. You can hear some bees. You can see a white butterfly fluttering around under the tree. You can hear the bees noise grow a little louder. A hum if you like. And you can hear the shuffle of the leaves of the trees overhead. It feels like there's an electricity in the air, A bit of excitement, A knowing that everything here is sacred. That this untamed beauty is limitless. As you follow the white butterfly with your eyes you see more and more butterflies joining, Dancing, Fluttering around each other with such joy and such innocence. Eventually they are just hundreds of these butterflies, Majestic, Floating around, Weaving and brushing against your cheeks. You see how these butterflies begin to take a form. A form of a woman. You see her curves, Hips, Arms and her face quite clearly. Her hair glistens in the sunset. She reaches a hand out to you and you hear her very warm voice say, Welcome. She opens her arms and you step inside. You step inside her beautiful arms and you look up into her face and you see her eyes swirling with pride and love. You feel childlike innocence in yourself and you step into her arms as she wraps herself around you. You can feel this immense power, Magnificent peace and you are allowed to feel your body from top to toe. It pulsates love, Peace. You can feel this energy fill you and radiates out of you to fill the trees, The hill, The grass, The bees, The flowers that surround you and there's this understanding that the divine feminine lives in you and it is a part of everything. I invite you now to sit in silence and open your heart to this divine feminine energy and I invite you to ask her for guidance. Listen for her whispers. They are all around you. You may have heard the whispers or seen a vision, Picture, Received a message or maybe it was just silence. Take whatever you received into your day for if not now there will be a time in your day where she will deliver whatever you need to hear. Whatever you need will be delivered. You slowly see her image begin to dissolve, To fade away and you know within yourself that she exists in absolutely everything. The whispers of the wind, The movement of the clouds, The Sun on your skin. I invite you to slowly walk back up the path that you came down and when you get to the top of the hill look up at the sky and see the moon that is beginning to form and repeat the affirmation I am living in my divine feminine power. I am where I need to be. Bringing yourself back to the room now, Back to your conscious body, Feel your breath, Hands, Feet. Give them a wriggle. Bring your hands up to your heart and repeat again I am exactly where I need to be. Bring your hands up to your eyes, Cover or cup them over your closed eyes and open your eyes ever so gently. Allow them to adjust. Bring your hands down back to your side and enjoy being in your feminine power today. Thank you for being kind to yourself. Namaste.
