This is a Guided Deep Sleep Meditation With Affirmations. The affirmations focus on enhancing and reinforcing Inner Power, Self-Respect, and Self-Worth. It starts with a guided meditation before it moves into empowering affirmations and statements, and then ends with pure 432 Hz music with 1,5 Hz delta binaural beats for deep sleep. Most people will fall asleep before the affirmations start. They are intentionally lower in volume compared to the first guided part of this audio, but you can still hear them. However, you don´t have to pay attention to them. Your subconscious mind will absorb and reinforce the words while awake or in deep sleep. Are you struggling to sleep? Dear soul,

Thank you for being here.

I welcome you to this deep sleep meditation with affirmations for inner power,

Self-respect,

And self-worth.

And it is good to know,

Isn't it,

That sleep is natural.

Your body knows how to easily fall asleep and sleep deeply,

Yet sometimes the deepest part of your mind needs a reminder to remember the natural ability you have to drift into sleep safely,

Peacefully.

Once upon a time a Cherokee chief sat by the river with his family as the Sun started to settle on the horizon and sleep time was nearing.

He shared with his loved ones,

Sleep is like a gentle river flowing through the night,

Carrying us on its soothing currents to a peaceful destination.

Just as a river nourishes the land it touches,

Sleep rejuvenates our weary souls,

Replenishing our energy.

It washes away the thoughts and stress of the day as we float along into a deeper sense of inner peace.

Gradually the river widens,

The water calms,

And your consciousness floats effortlessly.

As you drift into deep sleep it is safe for your body and brain to reactivate that resource,

That blueprint that you have for drifting easily into sleep.

At the same time,

Accept a part of you for some reason may have resisted to fall asleep.

Intending kindness towards this part of you can be surprisingly helpful.

You will become deeply relaxed,

Going deeper and deeper into your unconscious mind where all is automatic.

Remembering now how to automatically fall asleep in the most safe and natural way,

Allowing sleep to enter every muscle,

Nerve,

And cell in your precious body.

The muscles around your mouth that you used to smile with,

They can relax now,

Can't they?

Like a flower opening to the warmth of the Sun,

A gentle touch of relaxation allows your facial muscles to unfurl and soften.

Just as a flower gracefully surrenders to the gentle breeze,

Your facial muscles yield to the soothing embrace of calmness and with every breath the unconscious tightness and rigidity melt away,

Relaxing now deeper and deeper as gentle rainfall washes over the petals of a flower,

Gently allowing them to surrender and relax.

Every muscle in your forehead,

Around your eyes,

And inside your eyes relax more and more and your facial muscles may find solace as you drift into sleep now,

As if they are basking in the warm glow of sunlight,

Inviting relaxation and a sense of peace to cascade through your entire being because as the small muscles in your face relax,

They send a message to other parts of your body to relax deeply.

Your unconscious mind takes care of this for you naturally,

Peacefully,

And as you float towards a peaceful night's sleep,

The weight of excessive contemplation becomes more and more distant,

Like clouds in the sky passing by,

Like the old monk in the monastery of his mind has found solace in the silence between thoughts,

Like the stillness that rests within the spaces of a sacred chant.

It is safe now to allow your mind and body to enter a quiet and serene space in your own pace and you're doing good.

Now bring your attention to your arms and hands.

Imagine a warm and soft golden light enveloping your fingers,

Wrists,

And forearms.

This golden light seeps into every fiber,

Nerve,

And cell in your hands and arms,

Allowing your muscles to let go and relax more and more,

Deeper and deeper,

On their way to sleep now in your own pace,

In your own way.

And some people notice the weight of their arms becoming heavier and heavier as they safely surrender to deep relaxation and drift deeper and deeper into sleep.

Others might notice a lightness,

Numbness,

Or something else.

You are unique.

There is only one you.

Imagine this soft golden light moving up your arms,

Into your neck,

And down your spine,

Slowly and gently flowing along the length of your spine.

This golden light is massaging every muscle around your spine.

As it moves down,

Gently massaging and releasing any tension or tightness along the way,

Softly illuminating and relaxing each vertebra,

One by one,

And you're doing good.

Imagine this golden light flowing from your spine,

Down,

Down,

And down,

Into your feet and toes.

As you allow your attention to gently focus on your feet and toes,

You might notice different things.

Tingling,

Warmth,

Heaviness,

Numbness,

Or something else.

Imagine the warmth of the golden light spreading from your toes,

Permeating your entire feet.

With each breath,

Feel the muscles in your feet and ankles becoming loose and limp.

The more you hear the sound of my voice,

The more your feet relax,

And you can appreciate the relaxation in your toes and feet,

And the sensation of release and tranquility in the oft-neglected part of your body.

Your unconscious mind can allow this appreciation and relaxation to gradually envelop your entire body in a state of deep calmness and serenity.

As you float more and more into sleep now,

And it is good to know that as you rest in this deep state of relaxation,

Your body's natural healing abilities are activated,

And you can appreciate the natural healing process taking place in your sleep,

Nourishing and rejuvenating every part of your body,

Bringing balance,

Harmony,

And cooperation between the cells in your body,

Restoring vitality,

And promoting a sense of well-being that you can notice in different ways throughout the coming days.

Now,

I wonder if you can imagine a staircase in front of you.

This staircase represents a journey to an even deeper level of relaxation.

I'm going to count from ten to one,

And as I do so,

With each number,

Take a step down the staircase,

Feeling yourself relax more and more.

When you reach the bottom of the staircase,

When I come to one,

Imagine that you enter a place in nature by a river,

With you sitting on the riverbank,

Surrounded by the soothing sounds of nature.

Ten,

Take the first step,

Descending deeper,

And you're doing good.

Eight,

Another step down,

Feeling completely safe and supported.

Seven,

Going deeper into relaxation,

Allowing your body to let go more.

Six,

Feeling the soothing energy of relaxation flowing through every muscle.

Five,

Descending further,

Your body becoming more and more relaxed,

Heavier and heavier,

Deeper and deeper,

As if you are floating in a sea of calmness.

Three,

Almost there,

Appreciating whatever state of relaxation you are in.

Your body,

Mind,

And soul are working together in harmony.

Two,

One more step down.

At this step,

Some people notice a profound sense of peace enveloping them.

At the bottom of the staircase,

On your way to sleep now,

Imagine that you find yourself sitting by a riverbank now,

A tranquil river flowing gently through a lush landscape.

Imagine a sense of calmness wash over you,

A gentle breeze caressing your skin,

Noticing the river as it moves gracefully,

Its waters glimmering under the warm golden sunlight.

Notice how the water effortlessly navigates around obstacles,

Creating a serene and unhurried rhythm.

Imagine your thoughts as leaves gently flowing on the surface of the river as they drift by one by one.

Every leaf represents thoughts and experiences from the day as the leaves flow further and further away.

You might begin to notice a sense of release and relaxation,

As if the burdens of the day are being effortlessly carried away.

Now,

Gently focus your attention on the sound of the water,

The soothing melody it creates as it flows over rocks and pebbles.

Allow this soothing melody to resonate within you,

Harmonizing with your center,

Balancing and quieting your mind,

Relaxing every cell in your body,

And imagine breathing in the crisp,

Clean air that emanates from the river.

With each breath giving you a renewed sense of clarity and inner peace,

You can allow a deep sense of relaxation and serenity spreading throughout your entire body more and more.

Your muscles loosen more and more and your mind becomes more and more still,

And this stillness grows inside you.

Now,

Know that you can return to this tranquil river within your mind anytime you need to unwind and find solace.

Carry the memory of this soothing experience with you,

Knowing that you hold the power to find inner peace as you drift into sleep,

Rejuvenating and healing in a safe and natural way now,

While you sleep deeply through your whole sleep cycle,

Allowing your body and mind to go to sleep,

Peacefully letting go,

Naturally floating into sleep like those leaves floating on the river,

And you might appreciate deeply when the letting go and falling asleep happens all by itself.

It is good to know that your body knows how to do that for you,

Safely,

Naturally,

Pleasantly,

And tomorrow and the days to come you will feel a comfortable lightness in your being as that future you looks back and realizes how sleep has become more effortless,

Easier,

And you are sleeping deeper and better than you have done in a long time.

I'm asking your unconscious mind to absorb the positive suggestions and healing energy of these words shared with you now.

This is excellent. I came to Insight Timer several years ago, and immediately discovered Kenneth’s sleep meditations.
