Let's bring a bit more mindfulness into this moment.
We're going to breathe into the ribs together,
Yeah?
And take the hands to the outer edges of your ribs.
The elbows poke out to the side.
Now,
I want you to breathe in and imagine that you're spreading the ribcage apart.
The hands draw away from each other with the in-breath.
And on the out-breath,
The fingertips might get a little bit closer to each other.
You have two more like that.
Breathing into the sides of your ribs,
Feeling that expansion of the breath.
Breathing out,
Relax the shoulders.
Ribs gently draw back together.
Last one.
Big breath in.
Nice,
Long breath out.
Great work.
