Let's do a short breathing practice together.
Let your hands come down into your lap and take a slow breath in through your nostrils.
What I want you to feel is the breath as it touches the outer parts of your nostrils.
And then I want you to imagine the stream of air that passes through the nose as getting a little bit thinner with each passing breath.
Take another really slow,
Smooth breath in.
You have a couple of rounds here to explore that feeling,
Letting each breath get longer and longer.
Last breath here.
