Do you want to start to do a slow breathing practice with me?
You're going to just close your eyes for a moment and start to take a couple of slow,
Deep breaths through the nostrils.
Let's do it together.
Take a deep breath in and a long breath out.
Breathing in,
Feel the belly fill with air.
And let it go,
Big sigh out.
Take one more deep breath in and really let it go with the exhale.
And how do you feel now?
Better?
Yeah,
I thought so.
