So when you're ready.
We'll begin our meditation.
By taking a moment just to be present in the here and now.
Noticing how you are feeling in this moment.
How does your body feel?
What's happening in your heart.
What thoughts are going through your mind?
Take a moment to honor and respect where you are at right now.
Who you are in this moment.
And the life you are currently living.
Maybe even a moment of gratitude.
For this moment and this person showing up right here,
Right now.
Now take a big deep breath in through the nose.
Open mouth,
Exhale,
Sigh it out,
Letting go.
And imagine a white light shining down on the top of your head.
This light pours into the top of the head,
Softening the muscles of the scalp and forehead Relaxing the eyes,
The temples.
Softening through the ears.
The cheeks.
Amount.
Lips.
And jaw.
The light continues to pour down into your throat and neck.
Across your shoulders.
All the way down your arms.
Softening yet nourishing the body as it goes.
Eventually reaching the tips of your fingers.
Continuing to pour down into the chest and back.
The sides of the body.
Abdomen.
Pouring into the trunk of your body.
And down to the hips and pelvis.
The light continues to move down your legs.
Softening the muscles,
Releasing tension.
And the light goes all the way down to the tips of your toes.
You're filled with this white light pouring in through the top of your head.
Now bring your awareness right to the space between your eyebrows.
Focus here for a moment.
Eyes are closed.
And imagine that you've just opened your eyes.
You're laying in bed.
A new day has begun.
But this is a day as your highest.
And best self.
You open your eyes and you look around.
In this highest version of yourself.
What does your bedroom look like?
Where do you live?
What time of day is it?
What's the first thing you do when you wake up?
What's the second thing you do?
After that first thing.
Allow your morning routine as your highest self to play out.
Noticing the little details.
What does your highest self do?
What do they use?
What do they eat?
Visualize the perfect morning as your highest self.
Now the morning begins a shift into the afternoon.
Maybe you're eating lunch now.
What does your best and highest self have for lunch?
What do you do in the afternoon?
How do you feel at this time of day?
What do you think about?
Allow the afternoon.
To play out in front of you.
Living it as your highest and best most connected truest self.
Noticing what you do,
But also noticing what do you see?
What do you feel?
What does this version of you do and experience on this day?
And now the afternoon begins to transition to evening.
Maybe you're having dinner.
Perhaps the sun is beginning to set.
What do you do at night?
What's your evening routine?
What does your highest self do in the time before bed?
Visualize the evening playing out in front of you.
As your greatest,
Highest,
Best self.
And now it's bedtime.
Visualize the last few things you do before you go to sleep.
Now imagine you're crawling into bed.
How do you feel now that this day is done?
How does your body feel?
What's happening in your heart?
What thoughts are going through your mind.
As you're resting in bed.
You feel your body become tired.
Let your eyes close.
And you drift off to sleep.
And then once again your eyes open.
But now you're back in the present moment,
In the here and now.
Maybe you open your eyes and you look around the room.
Or wiggle fingers and toes.
Take a big,
Deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Ending your visualization.
And this is where I will leave you with my guidance.
But I challenge you to do one thing that your highest self did today,
Getting one step closer to that version of yourself.
