You can get comfortable,
Create a long spine,
Soften the shoulders.
Just take a few big,
Deep,
Easy breaths.
Take a moment to check in with yourself.
Just see how you're doing today.
Then take a moment to check in with your baby.
See how your little one is doing today.
Maybe send them a little love.
Now bring your awareness to your body.
Soften your body,
Release tension,
And give your body a moment of gratitude for all that it's doing.
It's working so hard,
And it's doing so great.
Take a big,
Deep breath in through the nose,
And sigh it out through your mouth.
We're now going to begin our affirmations,
Repeating each one to yourself three times.
My body is strong,
And it knows how to grow this baby.
My pregnancy journey is unique.
My baby is supported and nourished by my body.
I am surrounded by love and support on this journey.
I honor and respect my body as it changes and grows.
I listen to my body's wisdom and respond with kindness.
My baby can feel the love in my heart.
Every day I become more connected to my baby.
I trust my body in the process of pregnancy and birth.
I am the mother I was meant to be.
I am kind to myself and take my pregnancy one day at a time.
My body is healthy,
And my baby is safe.
