Make sure that you're nice and comfortable.
Making any small adjustments that you need to make your body really feel supported.
The goal here is to find a position where you can relax but also stay engaged enough so you won't fall asleep.
Once you've found that comfortable position for your body,
Take a moment to release expectations,
Wiping the slate clean,
And letting whatever comes up or appears during this meditation just to be there.
Your soul is a beautiful and incredible thing.
Every time that you meditate and connect with your soul,
That connection,
That line of communication gets stronger and the bond between you and your soul space becomes stronger.
And before we journey inward,
Let's take some time to set an intention.
What is it that you're seeking today from your soul?
Is it connection,
Guidance,
Clarity,
Compassion?
There's no wrong answer here.
Simply just open your heart and your mind and then state your intention now.
And now bringing your awareness to your breath.
Feel the breath as it dances in and out of your body.
Feel the cool air moving in and the warm air moving out.
Follow the pathway of your breath,
Imagining that with every inhale the external world begins to fall away.
And with every exhale,
Your senses begin to soften as your focus begins to turn inward.
And now begin to journey inward,
Allowing the physical body to soften and release as you begin to gaze inward.
Moving past the surface of things and towards the true self that lies beneath.
And connect with your breath on a deeper level.
And watch as the breath moves through you energetically,
Igniting your essence within.
And now journey deeper still,
Connecting now with your emotional layer,
That rich,
Beautiful,
Complex world of your feelings.
What are you carrying today?
What feelings are stirring within you?
There's no need to try to change it or fix it,
But just simply notice.
Notice and honor the full depth and abundance of what it means to really feel.
And now journey inward further still,
Passing the feelings and into your inner wisdom,
The deep knowing that lives inside of you,
That part of you that has always known the way,
Even when your mind was too loud to hear it.
And now rest here for a few moments in this quiet and wise space.
And now go deeper still,
Beyond the mind,
Beyond the emotions,
Beyond even the wisdom,
And into a place of pure,
Sacred stillness.
A place that has always been here,
Waiting quietly beneath everything else.
This is your soul space.
This is the dwelling place of the truest,
Deepest,
Most honest,
And real part of you.
Your internal spark and your truest essence resides here.
And what does your soul feel like?
What's it like to be here?
Do you notice in this space?
Maybe it's a warm or golden or a light and airy place.
Maybe it has its own feeling or even a texture.
Or perhaps your soul space is something that you don't have words for,
But you just experience it,
Connecting to this space.
And take some time to simply be in the presence of your own soul.
To feel what it feels like to be here with your fullest and truest version of yourself.
And just let that feeling of being one with your soul move through you.
Turn to your soul and ask your question.
Speak it from your heart.
Say it out loud in your mind.
Or simply feel it.
You can ask for guidance.
Or you can just be here with your soul and just listen.
The soul often speaks and whispers.
So let your mind be soft and your heart open.
So you can simply listen.
And know that your answers might come as words or images or just a deep knowing.
And it might come now or it might arrive later.
Trust that it's coming.
Trust that your soul will speak to you when it's ready in a way that you will understand.
And now take your hands and place them over your heart.
Bowing your head ever so slightly to the wisdom of your own soul.
And carry this connection with you.
Your soul doesn't leave when this meditation ends.
It's always here.
It's always listening.
Always whispering.
You just have to become still enough to hear it.
And now begin to deepen your breath.
Feeling the weight of your body returning.
Begin to wiggle fingers and toes.
And then when you're ready,
Returning to the here and now,
Opening your eyes.
Thank you so much for joining me for this meditation practice.
And have a beautiful day.
