Fire up the feet.

Open mouth,
Exhale,
Let it go.
Completely release and relax the feet.
And now moving up to your legs.
Squeeze the legs.
Clench them.
Fire up the muscles of the legs as much as you can.
And now moving up to the glutes and the pelvis.
So squeezing,
Clenching here.
Firing up this area.
Inhaling,
Filling up.
And exhaling,
Completely letting go.
Now moving up to the abdomen.
Squeeze the abdomen.
Fire up the belly.
Creating as much tension as you can here.
Inhaling,
Breathing in as best you can.
Exhaling,
Letting it all go.
Allowing the belly to be soft and relaxed.
And now moving on to the back.
Squeezing the back.
Firing up those muscles.
Creating tension in your back as best you can.
Inhaling,
Filling up here.

And now moving up to the chest and the shoulders.
Squeezing,
Clenching here.
Firing up these muscles.

Completely releasing and letting go in the chest and the shoulders.
Now transitioning to the arms and the hands.
Squeeze the arms.
Create little fists.
Clench here.

Really filling up.
Create that tension.
And exhale,
Let it all go.
And now finally the neck,
The throat,
The face and the head.
Scrunch up your face.
Create that tension.
Squeeze it all as much as you can.
Inhaling,
Exhaling,
Letting it all go.
And now finally our whole body at once.
Squeeze,
Clench,
Fire up.
Squeeze every single muscle in your body.
Completely activate it.
Squeezing as much as you can.
Inhale,
Filling up.
And exhale,
Letting it all go.
Every single one of your muscles softens,
Releases,
Becomes completely relaxed and at ease.
So just take a few moments here,
Breathing,
Letting the body be soft,
Letting it be at ease.
Just feeling the natural rise and fall of the belly with each inhale and each exhale.
Just letting everything go and letting your body be at rest.
If you'd like to stay here,
You can.
But if you're ready to move on with your day,
Begin to gently reawaken and return to the here and the now.
