Kelly Fisher is a Certified Yoga Therapist, E-RYT500, Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, Yoga for Healthy Aging Teacher, and she completed Warriors At Ease training for trauma-sensitive yoga. Her multidisciplinary style of hatha yoga, philosophy, and ayurveda is based on over 30 years of yoga and meditation practice. Kelly co-leads Yoga and Ayurveda Immersion programs and Yoga Teacher Trainings. She runs a successful business, Wildflower Yoga, where she offers private and public classes, workshops, and international yoga retreats. She also offers private yoga therapy sessions.
