Breathe.

Be well.

Activate the leader within.

Take a moment to create some space for yourself to simply be in your breath.

As you begin to breathe,

Just shake off any remnants of the day that was up until this point.

Just letting go of any conversations you've had,

Any decisions you've made or haven't made.

And just give yourself permission to gift this time to a deeper knowing within.

A healing space.

There's nowhere to go.

There's nowhere to be.

But here in your breath.

And as you begin to breathe,

Just begin by lengthening the exhalation.

In this moment here and now,

There is only you.

There is only you and your wise self.

Become aware of the space where your heart sits.

Effortlessly beating blood,

Oxygen rich blood around your body.

And as you're breathing and becoming aware of that powerful pump that works day in,

Day out within your chest.

Begin to visualize a healing color.

There is no right or wrong color.

There is just color that you choose.

And if you were to do this meditation again,

You can choose a different color on a different day.

The choice is always yours.

So as you begin to become aware of this color,

Just notice its richness.

And just observing as your heart beats and begins to pump this color around your body.

There is nothing for you to do.

Just simply observe and watch as that color flows to all areas of your body.

Just allowing your breath to flow in and out.

And noticing that no matter what you do,

The simple awareness of this color is moving it where it needs to go.

And as your heart beats and that blood flows,

It feels easier and easier to just surrender into a deeper guidance within.

Having whatever arises to arrive.

Giving permission for any emotion.

Just having that awareness of that color flowing throughout your body.

Just begin to visualize this color expanding beyond your body.

Filling up the room that you're in,

Extending out to family and friends.

And then just returning back to that place where your heart sits.

And just feeling the ease that this creates.

There's no deadline.

There's no need to be a certain way.

You can just relax into your breath and if this is the only thing you do today,

Then it's more than enough.

Allowing your body to guide you.

Knowing that it is intelligent as you are in your choices and your decisions.

There is no right or wrong.

There is just the here and now and what you choose.

Allowing your breath to flow in and out of your body.

Allowing your body to continue to emanate a healing force from within.

Remembering that you can come back to your breath at any moment in your day to reconnect.

Begin to take a few deeper than normal breaths.

Wriggling your fingers and your toes.

Giving yourself a nice big stretch if you wish.

And taking a moment before you open your eyes to honor yourself.

Taking this time each day to heal from within.

And so it is.

Breathe.

Be well.

Activate the leader within.

So just within that state,

Just breathing.
