Breathe,

Be well,

Activate the leader within.

I am in flow.

I am in flow.

I am in flow.

Allow that affirmation to flow down into your body and begin to move into every part of you.

Allow it to expand outside of you into the space around you and begin to feel the freedom of that flow because you are in flow.

You are in flow because you can feel the flow of blood running through your veins,

The flow of your breath moving in and out of your body and just as your breath moves in flow so too does your day.

Everything in this day that you choose to be in flow will be because you are in flow.

Notice the ways that flow shows up for you.

Notice that the access point for flow is within you.

That source of flow,

Where does it live in your body?

Just begin to breathe gently into that space and as you breathe,

Feel any blockages,

Any limitations removed and allowing yourself to flow.

Feeling the vibrancy of that flow because you are in flow.

Taking a moment now to acknowledge yourself for creating this space in your day to breathe well,

Be well and lead yourself first.
