So just settling yourself into a peaceful space.
Really gifting yourself this time,
The very starting edge of your week,
To take this beautiful step back and drop into your breath,
Drop into a deeper listening.
And in this specific full moon focus,
A real release,
A release of anything that you might have been gripping onto,
Holding onto,
Not willing to let go off.
This is an invitation into a much deeper place of trust.
So to begin just finding your breath in this space.
Just really allowing the breath to move in and out of the body.
Just experiencing the air and the flow of the air circulating around you,
Giving yourself ample time to drop right into the center of your breath.
Bringing your awareness into the space where your heart sits.
Just experience the breath from this space.
Opening up across the chest,
Across the shoulders,
And leaning back into the support of that invisible force behind you.
Notice what begins to happen when you don't try and breathe.
And you simply allow the breath to move and flow through.
And your mind's eye,
I invite you to journey to the top peak of a mountain top.
Surrounded by the birds.
Feeling the expansive space that surrounds you.
Become aware of how it feels to be lifted up into the space above your life.
Just bring your awareness to any stories that create weight in your life.
There might be stories of things you should or need to do.
Stories of where you should or need to be.
And just see how life feels when you begin to let those stories go and release the grip into a deeper place of choice within.
And just see how it feels to be lifted up into the space above your life.
Becoming aware now of anything that is old,
That keeps recurring in your life and for some reason you haven't let go.
Just for a moment explore the possibilities,
What's possible when you fully commit to letting go of that old story,
Of that old behaviour,
Of that old way of doing a relationship of any kind.
In particular an old way of doing relationship with yourself.
Recognising the inner critic,
The judge,
The warrior,
The pessimist.
And simply using the power of your breath,
Begin to release your grip,
Loosen your grip on anything that is ineffective,
On anything that isn't contributing to the future version of you.
Where do you get to give yourself full permission to simplify?
Where do you get to get comfortable with creating more space,
More space to breathe,
More space to play,
More space to be in your own joy?
Where can you lean into ease and effortlessness in your day?
And as you stand on this mountain top with your mind's eye,
Begin to recognise that there is a cool breeze beginning to blow,
Beginning to loosen your grip onto anything that is holding you back.
Using the power of your breath and the gentle force of the wind begins to sweep away and release.
Feeling lighter yet more grounded with each breath,
More grounded in your centre,
More grounded in your own truth and your own path.
Letting go of any preconception of what it needs to look like.
Just finding that place in the centre of effortless ease,
Of aligned and intentional activity,
Of recognising that less is more and space gives birth to creativity.
And being more compassionate with yourself creates the momentum in the way that you're looking for.
So as you begin to release these parts,
These fragments,
Not needing to name anything,
Just feeling them released from your body.
Starting to bring one intentional focus for your week ahead.
Might be a word or a phrase,
It might be the completion of a project completely driven by you.
Whatever it is that allows you to stay intentionally purposeful.
Begin to become aware and focused on that.
Notice how you create space in your week,
This ample time to just be.
A commitment to coming back to a place of deeper listening,
Practicing letting go,
Becoming aware of any area where you get grippy on,
Remembering that there is a design and then there is trusting in the divine.
Allowing you to live into whatever that vision is to your week.
Coming back to the breath in that heart space.
Being resourced and whole,
Breathing through the back that invisible system of support.
Gently landing back into the room where you are.
And on this occasion,
Rather than guiding you to journal insights or write,
The invitation is to go outside,
Wherever outside is for you.
Bathe in that full moonlight.
Barefoot in the ground.
Feeling yourself really earth and connected to your own intention,
To your own vision.
With that ability to release any grip,
Any need to control the outcome.
Release it to that full bright light in the sky.
Using the power of your breath and continuing to come back to this place frequently throughout your week.
A pleasure as always,
Have a wonderful evening.
God Bless.
You
