Allow yourself to get comfortable,

Whether you're sitting up or laying down.

Bring attention to your breath now.

Just take some deep cleansing breaths,

Deep into the base of your belly,

And exhale with a sigh.

Inhale again,

Deep into your belly,

Hold at the bottom for a moment,

And exhale with a sigh.

Just keep this awareness on your breath and notice that with every breath you take,

You feel any tension in your body and in your mind just melt away.

Bring the focus to the top of your head.

I want you to imagine a beautiful white light coming down upon you,

This white light feeling very calm,

Warm,

Loving,

And harmonious.

Imagine this light gently trickling down your body,

Covering every inch of you,

And this love and light.

And as it travels down your body,

I want you to feel your forehead relax,

Feel your jaw relax,

Your shoulders drop,

Any tension in your arms and your hands just relax now and release,

Noticing that your chest feels open,

Easy to breathe,

Feeling that every breath you take now is very cleansing.

And your body just melts into wherever you are in this present moment,

Down into your root,

Grounded in the earth,

Relaxing,

Releasing all the way through the thighs,

Over the knees,

Around the calf of the leg and into the foot,

And all of your fingers and toes just gently relax,

Gently stretch them out,

Release any tension that you feel.

And just give yourself this moment to breathe.

Notice this pure consciousness,

Just simply awareness of your breath and any thoughts that pop into your head,

Just let them float away like clouds in the sky.

Just feel your mind clear,

Like clouds in the sky,

Your thoughts float by,

Revealing crystal clear blue,

Pure peace.

Now I'd like you to bring your awareness back to your forehead,

To that space in between the eyebrows,

Also known as your third eye,

And I want you to focus there.

I also want you to notice your heart center,

And place your hands on your heart,

And hold your mindfulness in your heart and in your third eye,

And take a couple deep,

Grounding breaths here,

Really exhale,

Releasing,

Allowing yourself to open up,

To receive any messages to connect with your higher self.

Take a deep inhale,

And exhale again.

And now I'd like you to ask your higher self,

Just feeling connected and trusting your intuition,

Ask yourself,

What is it that you'd like me to know?

Or simply ask the question that you wish to have answer to guidance with.

Notice any sensations in your body.

Notice if you hear anything,

See anything,

And you may experience nothing.

You simply know that this is peace showing up for you,

The gift of clarity.

Whatever comes to you,

I want you to notice where this came from.

Did it come to you as an inner knowing?

Was it a visualization?

Was it a feeling or sensation?

Was it something you heard?

Notice that this is how you connect with your higher self,

And that when we are calm and grounded and peaceful and open to receive,

This is how we can connect to our higher self.

Now I'd like you to take the next few moments to dive into the inquiry with your higher self and ask whatever it is you need to know or to have guidance on,

And just be peaceful with yourself.

Focusing with your hand on your heart and on your mind's eye,

That gentle space between your eyebrows.

Just take the next few moments now to be with yourself.

Simply receive being present and aware,

Open for any guidance,

Coming your way.

Thank you.

I'd like you to bring your attention back to your breath now,

Keeping your hands on your chest,

Deep inhale and exhale with a sigh,

Really embodying any intuitive knowledge that you've gained in this session today,

Reminding yourself that you can come here and be with yourself whenever you please to connect with your intuition and any messages you'd like to receive.

Just coming back to the breath now,

Deep inhales,

Exhale.

I'd like you to gently bring your focus back into the room.

Bringing your focus back into your body,

Feeling your presence come back into the room,

Back into the awareness of your physical body.

And when you feel ready,

You can begin to stretch,

Stretch,

Inhale and exhale.

And whenever you're ready,

You can open your eyes.
