Welcome to this meditation on releasing attachments to the outcomes in my life.

This process enables you to manifest the truest desires in your heart.

In reality,

These desires have been set forth in the past.

It's what you've been asking for in your thoughts,

Feelings,

And actions.

And now we're releasing the attachment to those thoughts,

Feelings,

And actions,

And allowing space for your manifestation to enter your experience.

Let's begin with some deep breaths.

You're going to settle into your body,

Settle into this present moment,

And become aware of your breath anytime you feel something pulling you away.

Your breath is here to guide you back on topic.

So we're releasing attachment to the outcome of our lives.

You're practicing release in a physical manifestation.

I ask you to,

Wherever you're at,

Whatever your position,

Your body,

Become aware of your hands,

Making a fist with both hands,

Squeezing,

Focusing your intention further on the resistance you feel in your hands,

On the power you feel building,

Both from the awareness and the physical strength,

The physical reaction of your muscles.

You can feel it in your forearms,

In your arms,

In your shoulders,

All the connecting points of these muscles that contribute to the fists of your hands.

Come into full awareness of the power and the strength in your arms and your fists.

Take a deep breath and let it go.

Release your hands.

Release your arms.

Feel the cool air now in your hands,

The muscles letting go of that energy it was building.

Your elbows become more limp,

Your shoulders relaxed and calm.

You might still feel it in your hands,

That built up power and energy.

Turn your hands over and your lap on the floor,

Open them up to the sky.

Feel into your thumbs.

Feel that relaxation,

The release.

Feel into the palms of your hands.

Feel the air on your skin.

Again,

Become aware of your arms,

Your elbows,

Your shoulders,

Letting go,

Being free of the tension that was once there.

Now we replace your focus with your intentions and your desires that you'd like to see in your life.

Acknowledge your thoughts that come up as you call in your intentions.

Allow the feelings that are coming up after those thoughts.

Then I invite you to release those thoughts,

Those reactions you were having to your intentions.

Set it aside,

Sending yourself gratitude to your past,

To all the profound lessons that have moved you through your experience into today.

Release the feelings that have come up,

Setting yourself free to let go,

Coming back to a sense of gratitude for all of your thoughts and feelings that have guided you away from things that no longer served you.

This is our human experience.

Our gifts are our thoughts and feelings,

And what you choose to do with them is what makes your life.

Acknowledge your path and accept the gratitude.

Let's send awareness to our vibration as a star in the sky.

Imagine a star-filled night sky above you.

Choose your star.

Feel the awareness,

The invitation from your star,

From your vibration.

Feel this star expanding and brightening and glowing and lighting the earth.

Feel the twinkle of the star and the surrounding stars that shine brighter in your presence.

Feel your vibration increase in power and clarity.

Write a sense of joy and wonder,

The magnitude of this star that represents you and your vibration.

Allow yourself to become aware of the glow that surrounds you.

Your star brightens the sky.

You brighten the sky.

You are blessed.

You release your attachments to the outcome of your life.

You can see your intentions coming into your experience.

Shine bright,
