Hello welcome to this weekly meditation.
Today our focus is on health,
Abundant health for our world.
We want to first focus on what we can bring to ourselves and the health that we can create and then share.
Settling in,
Coming into your breath,
Letting go of expectations for yourself in this moment,
Allowing receptivity and peace to fill your mind and to cloud out any other thoughts.
As other thoughts come up it is natural and forgive them and send them on their way floating away in the sky.
Continue to focus on your breath,
Allowing some more space here and time to prepare for the abundance.
Settling in,
Rolling with what's coming,
Flowing with the breath.
I am so grateful that you're here today.
It fills me with joy and abundance in this moment to share,
To share what comes from within.
This is available to you all the time.
I invite you to discover the tools that you have within yourself to clear your path and to welcome in this abundant health for you and our world.
Breathing in deep and let it go.
So in whatever position that your body is right now,
In the next deep breath bring the shoulders up close to your ears,
Opening the chest,
Breathing in,
Getting bigger,
Breathing out,
Rolling the shoulders back.
We'll go two more times.
Breathing in,
Shoulders up to the ears,
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Opening the chest,
Roll the shoulders back,
Feeling deeper breath each time.
And one more together.
In,
Roll the shoulders up,
Back,
Breathing out with a sigh.
And just come to normal breath,
Coming into awareness of this present moment and settling into your body,
Settling into the belly with the freedom you've created in your chest.
You can breathe even deeper into the belly,
Letting it go.
Release anything you're holding on to to prepare for the openness that you receive in your abundant health.
Considering yourself a conduit for the possibilities of sending this abundant health throughout our world.
And let that sink into your belly in whatever way that feels good to you.
Feeling as though you're a conduit,
You're a channel,
You're a receiver and a giver of abundant health.
Know it to be true.
Feeling it deep in your core and enabling yourself,
Empowering yourself to share.
Feel that deep in your core.
You have the capacity,
You have the ability,
You are full of abundant health.
You send abundant health out.
Begin by incorporating that feeling into you,
Sending it out,
Envisioning this is received around the world,
Envisioning calm for those who are afraid,
Envisioning relief for those who are in need.
Feeling the hands of those who are searching for help,
Feeling the hearts of those who are terrified,
Sending a hug to those who are sad,
Holding space for those who are alone,
Filling your cup and sending it out,
Sharing the calm,
Sharing the peace that brings relief,
Sending the love to extinguish their fear,
Sending the love to extinguish their fear,
Sending their love to extinguish their fear.
Coming back,
Bringing yourself,
The peace that you need,
Giving yourself the gratitude for this body on this day.
Remaining calm in this time and finding a way to use the opportunity to connect,
To reconsider what you do each day,
Receiving this opportunity to shift in a new direction,
Energetically,
Changing habits,
Shifting your paradigm if that's available,
Employing some new tools that you know you have,
That you've been so excited to explore.
Consider this an invitation to something new,
However large or small that might be.
You know what it is because it's right for you and there is no fear.
Step into your path in a way that feels great to you and share this opportunity with others.
Share your love and share your abundant health around the world,
Sending light and love to you and our community.
We are all connected and we all support each other.
