Live and let flow I invite you to sit and breathe deeply of five four three two one What is?

Forgiveness forgiveness is for you It's to let go of negative feelings towards someone or something Who's hurt you it's to let go of it's to be able to let go of the?

Feelings and the emotion that that person or thing Brings up for you to not hold on to it For any longer than you have to all emotion is simply energy in motion it is neutral energy and the allowing of that energy Or the repressing of it is what?

Constitutes the negative or the positive Emotion can be powerful as is the element of water which represents emotion water like emotion flows in and out of you and I and the world around us it is in constant movement and constant transformation just as a body of water moves just as the river flows Emotion flows as the springs move into the brooks and the brooks send their water into the rivers and the rivers empty out into the ocean Emotion can be passed from person to person from occasion to occasion Should it be repressed just as a body of still water?

It will become stagnant or It will become so strong That it will burst forth in fury a vast body of water requires a great deal of space inner growth brings an awareness and acceptance of the emotion within this type of healing and growth truly facilitates the experience of forgiveness letting go And the releasing of emotion in your mind's eye Imagine that you're standing in an open grassy field as you walk through the wildflowers That are sprinkled throughout you come to a clawfoot bathtub filled to the brim with fresh clean water staring into the water a scene beyond The water the scene begins to play out across the surface It's a scene that brings a pain to your heart one that you've been unable to forgive One that you'd like to release Imagine every detail.

Where are you?

What words were said?

What feelings rise up inside of you?

Do you need to forgive someone?

That you love do you need to forgive someone?

That you used to love do they need to forgive you or maybe do you need to forgive yourself?

Forgiveness has often been thought of as a gift to another person But it's not it's a gift to ourselves.

It's the letting go of anger hurt and energy Surrounding this person or situation that no longer requires that energy that isn't worth The energy that we give it our minds Will not forget but our bodies Can forgive with your body now?

Reach into the depths of the water and find the drain at the bottom of the clawfoot bathtub feeling your fingers Pull the plug Listen to the familiar sounds of the water Beginning to drain and seep into the ground below standing beside the tub you watch your emotions surrounding the scene Drain letting them go until the clawfoot bathtub is empty Drained of water the same as your body is drained of emotion Leaving space for a sense of calm and peace to enter Just as the water that drained from that bathtub Has the potential to nourish the ground below your released emotion Also has the opportunity now To continue on into the world and bring joy and love to the universe You take one last look at the now empty tub Before turning to walk back across the empty field from where you came Feeling lighter than before breathing deeply into the body for one two three four five Exhale,

I invite you to use this meditation meditation whenever you need to release emotions surrounding a person or a Situation to support you and help you forgive and let go of any repressed Energy in your body leaving you lighter and able to welcome Calm and peace into your life namaste
