Feel it slowly unravel as you let the thoughts escape.

Lighter as you unwind your mind and sleep.

Rest your eye and breathe in fully.

Turning your attention away from the hurried motion in your head and onto the slow,

Deliberate movements of your body.

Breathe in and out of your nose,

Slowing down bit by bit.

Releasing your shoulders,

Softening your face,

Relaxing your entire body.

As you follow your breath in and out,

Expanding and contracting.

Follow the slow dance of air in its circular,

Calming rhythm.

Breathing in and out of your nose,

Slowly,

See if you can notice the thoughts popping up,

Dancing and swirling and bright with promises,

Choose your breath and feel it anchor you.

Feel it root yourself deeply in the truth of your soul,

The knowing that you are whole.
