Close your eyes, and take a deep breath in…as you exhale, feel your body begin to soften, releasing the tension of the day. This is your time to let go. Start with your feet, feeling them grow heavier, sinking into the softness beneath you. Let that relaxation travel up your legs, into your hips, and your lower back, softening and unwinding with each breath. Your chest rises and falls gently, your shoulders drop, and the muscles in your arms and neck loosen, releasing any tightness.
