Hello beautiful,
Thank you so much for joining me here tonight.
Let yourself settle in,
And allow your breath to fall into its natural rhythm.
Let the weight of your body sink into the bed beneath you,
As if the earth itself is holding you,
Inviting you to rest.
Close your eyes,
And feel that first wave of softness move through you.
Draw in a slow,
Deep breath,
Filling every inch of your lungs,
And as you exhale,
Feel your body begin to loosen,
To unwind,
To let go.
Now imagine a warm glow just beneath your skin,
A golden light slowly heating,
Softening every muscle,
Every joint,
Every layer of tension you've been holding.
With each breath,
Feel yourself softening,
Like wax under a gentle flame,
Releasing its edges,
And surrendering into softness.
Let this warmth spread into your shoulders,
Your neck,
Melting away the weight of the day.
Feel the heat move down your arms,
Your hands,
Into your fingertips,
Until they are liquid,
Drifting into stillness.
Now let the warmth settle into your chest,
Your ribs expanding with breath,
And then softening,
Releasing,
Melting into the bed beneath you.
Let your stomach loosen,
Let your back unfurl,
And let every tight place surrender into ease.
Feel the melting sensation travel lower,
Down into your hips,
Your thighs,
Your calves,
Your feet,
And your toes,
Until your entire body is liquid,
There is nothing left to hold,
Nothing left to carry,
Only warmth,
Only ease,
Only sleep.
Float here,
Weightless,
Drifting deeper,
Melting into the quiet of the night,
Free.
Namaste,
Beautiful.
