Listen To Your Body
Close your eyes, and settle comfortably. Focus inward, feel the breath's rhythm—belly and chest rise and fall. Adjust for any discomfort. If your mind wanders, return to breathing, whisper "breathe in" and "breathe out." Your body is wise; it communicates constantly. Listen. What is she saying? What does she need? Listen in silence. If there's pain, how can you relieve it? If hunger or fullness, what does your body say? Tense muscles from stress? How can she release it? Craving sleep? Provide what she needs. Feeling scared or unsafe? Acknowledge it in your body. Just listen to your body. What does she need now? Take time to hear her. Place your hand on your heart, feel its warmth, and silently thank your body. Namaste, Beautiful.
