Feel the weight of your body sinking into the support beneath you.

Begin to bring your awareness to your breath.
Feel the rise and fall of your chest with each inhale and exhale.
With each breath in,
Imagine drawing in peace,
Calm,
And healing energy.
With each exhale,
Release any tension,
Worry,
Or fear.
Breathe and sink deeper into comfort.
I am safe.
I am hell.
I am love.
With each breath,
I invite peace and calm into me.
My body is a vessel of healing and renewal.
I release everything that no longer serves me,
And I welcome deep breaths.
I trust in the wisdom of my body and my mind to restore and rejuvenate.
Feel the warmth of these words soothing every part of you.
Let their gentle power wash over you,
Bringing you comfort and healing.
You are bathed in this healing light,
Cocooned in its warmth and love.
As you continue to breathe deeply and evenly,
Know that you are a vessel of boundless potential for healing and peace.
