Hello,

Little traveler.

What a big day it's been,

Moving from one place to another,

Watching the world whiz by your window.

Now it's time to rest your body and let your imagination take the wheel.

Get cozy where you are and wiggle your shoulders a little,

And then find your comfy spot and let your hands rest gently in your lap.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Like you're smelling a magical cupcake,

And then blow the air out slowly,

Like you're sending a wish into the sky.

Can you imagine a soft,

Fluffy cloud floating beside you?

It's your travel buddy today,

Kind,

Gentle,

And ready to help you feel calm.

When you breathe in,

The cloud glows bright,

And when you breathe out,

It glides peacefully next to you,

Keeping you company wherever you go.

Listen to the sounds around you,

Maybe a car engine humming,

A plane whooshing through the air,

Or people chatting nearby.

All these sounds can keep moving while your cloud stays quiet and calm.

Imagine the cloud gives you a little bubble of peace.

Inside of it,

Everything feels still.

The world outside can rush and spin,

But in your bubble,

It's calm and cozy.

You can see out,

But nothing noisy can get in.

Let your breath make the bubble even softer.

Breathe in,

Gentle and bright,

Breathe out,

Light and peaceful,

Breathe in,

Glowing calm,

Breathe out,

Cozy quiet.

You and your cloud decide to take a tiny trip together.

You float over tall trees and sail past sparkly rivers.

You drift through the sky and wave to the sun and the moon at the same time.

You are safe here,

You're brave,

And you are surrounded by love.

Now,

The cloud lowers you back down to where your feet can touch the ground again.

You give it a little thank you wave and feel the calm it left behind,

Still glowing inside of you.

Take one last slow breath in and let it out,

Feeling calm and peaceful and ready for the rest of your adventure.

You did amazing,

Little traveler,

And wherever you go next,

Your calm cloud will go with you.
