
Breathe Out Stress Sleep Meditation
As you find a comfortable position, allow your body to relax, and your breath to deepen. Begin by noticing the natural rhythm of your breath. Feel the cool air entering your nostrils, filling your lungs, and the warm air flowing out. With each exhale, imagine releasing all the stress and worries of the day. As you continue to breathe deeply, picture yourself in a tranquil, safe place. It could be a quiet beach, a lush forest, or a cozy room. Wherever it is, feel yourself completely supported and at ease. With every inhale, draw in calmness and peace. With every exhale, let go of any tightness, or discomfort you feel. Release the tension from your shoulders, your neck, and your back. Let it flow out with your breath, leaving your body lighter and more relaxed.
