Your inner world and outer world are connected,

Where it's normal and natural for you to see results no matter what the circumstances have been,

Where circumstances don't matter,

It's states that create.

So take a deep breath in,

And exhale,

Place the hands on the heart and belly,

Bringing your awareness within,

Letting go of any external circumstances,

Letting go of any old stories that have strung together,

Let's collapse them,

Collapse time and space,

Come into the here and now,

Come into your inner world of full expectation,

Full confidence that what you do within is reflected without,

It's automatic,

There's nothing additional you need to do,

The outer mirror is always reflecting your inner world,

And now that you dwell in this state of confidence,

That you and your person are one,

It's natural for me to see my person in my outer world,

Communicating with me,

Complimenting me,

Encouraging me,

Loving me,

It's natural for them to cherish me,

To put me first,

To do what feels good to me,

For they are me,

I can feel how much they love me,

I can feel how much they cherish me,

Always doing things that just bring me joy,

Bring me peace,

They reflect my state of love and bliss,

I know it's meant to be because it is,

Anything that i desire is meant to be,

Because i'm the only force at work,

My person reflects to me how confident i am,

How beautiful i am,

How unconditionally loved i am,

I can do no wrong,

My person reflects this to me instantly,

For now that i no longer dwell in states of doubt,

I get instant manifestations,

I love my routines now,

I just wake up expecting the best in my outer world,

All i do is live in a state of love and peace and ease,

In my 3d world,

My person,

They have to reflect that back to me,

And they do,

So lovingly,

I love how i can see that my 3d world was just the mirror,

It was just an emanation,

And as soon as i chose to live in a state of love and relaxation,

My person came through,

My 3d world came through,

Everybody moved for me instantly,

Now everyone just shows me how loved i am,

How adored i am,

And of course they do,

They are me pushed out,

I don't seek or need anything,

They're always giving me everything i desire naturally,

I just expect it,

It's what my 3d world is here for,

It just reflects the state i'm in,

As does my person,

I no longer question or worry,

My mind is so good at focusing only on what i desire and i accept it as true instantly,

My person on the inside says to me,

I'm only focused on what you desire,

Whatever you do is perfect in my eyes,

I'm here to bring your desires to life,

I'm here to manifest it for you,

I'm taking all your desires and i'm bringing them into full manifestation for you,

I'm here with you,

Dwelling with you within and without,

You can relax and just be in a state of love,

I've got this covered,

I've got this taken care of,

I've already imagined the version of our families that accept us,

Support us,

And love us,

I've already imagined the version of you that knows that you're the one and only in my world,

There's only you and i,

I've already imagined the version of you that knows how perfect and irresistible you are,

I've already imagined the version of you that knows how worthy you are,

And now you just dwell in this state of love,

No longer questioning,

Which allows me to move so freely in our outer world,

Bringing you everything that you've ever desired,

Without you having to say or do anything on the outside unless you want to,

I love going out with your friends and family,

I love how strong this relationship is,

I love that this version of you that i've been manifesting understands your power and how worthy you are,

You are so worthy,

You are so powerful,

I love that i'm living with you because i manifested the version of you that knows that i've always been alive inside of you,

I was never out there,

But yes the version of me that looks like i'm out there is living with you now,

I love that i manifested the version of you that knows there are no opposing forces,

There's no conflict,

Everyone is moving for you,

Everyone is reflecting how loved you are,

This whole 3d world can now show you how much it loves you and adores you because you are the center,
