This is a quick meditation to help you to regulate when your are in a state of overwhelm. I hope it reminds you that you aren't alone. And that you are, even when surrounded by chaos, you're ok. I'll remind you to breathe. We're not going to try to fix anything. I'm just going to sit with you for a bit. Remind you that you're alright. Sometimes, we just need to hear that whatever it is that we're going through, that it will pass. You're going to be ok.
