This meditation isn't about letting go from life. It hopefully offers us a way to let go of the struggle against life. For someone facing a terminal illness, letting go might mean releasing the need to know exactly how much time remains. For someone caring for a loved one, it might mean releasing the wish that things could return to the way they were. For someone living with anxiety, it might mean loosening their grip on certainty. This meditation can meet each listener where they are. Learning to let go - Not all at once. Not perfectly. But gently. Moment by moment. Breath by breath. It feels honest. It doesn't ask for enlightenment. It simply offers companionship.
