But, instead of dwelling on the past, let us focus on love and healing.

Greetings,

Infinite blessings and welcome to this mother healing guided meditation.

The relationship with your mother from the moment that you are conceived and grown with inside her to the moment that she births,

Gifting you life into this realm,

You learn a relationship with the feminine based on the relationship with your mother.

This mother wound healing guided meditation will also improve your sister wound,

Every relationship with every feminine in your life.

This is a very important journey to take whether you are masculine or feminine knowing that we have both energies within us.

If you are new to the channel or if you have not yet done the father wound healing guided meditation then I would suggest that you start there first as the first spark of life originates,

Grows,

Is created within the father before it is delivered to the mother.

So if you are ready to begin this journey then just start by focusing in upon the breath as it enters and exits you once again.

Take a moment just to allow for all your attachments of old,

All the perspectives and viewpoints of yourself and everybody else in your life.

Just place them upon a table in front of you.

This is all the information that you have at your disposal and if you use only this to create your future version of life and everything within it from then you are limiting yourself to only ever using what you already know.

By letting go of what we believe we once knew it creates the space to learn,

To embody,

To adopt and to achieve through the creation of it something new.

So focusing upon your breath as it enters in through your nose filling your entire being and as you release surrendering that breath back to the universe around you,

Releasing it out with a little force out through your mouth,

Releasing everything and anything which no longer serves you with each exhale,

Bringing in clean,

Universal,

Pranic life-force energy with each inhale and pausing for a moment between each flow as you inhale with acceptance and exhale with surrenderance.

Pause before beginning once again inhale,

Pause,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale,

Inhale,

Exhale and so it goes.

Just take a moment to continue this simple breathing technique as you listen to the music in the background and the sound of my voice.

I ask that we call in all guides,

All ascended masters,

Spirit animals and guides,

All ancestors and all aspects of yourself and the universe in completion.

This journey will set you free from all previous perspectives and past outdated and no longer required limitations.

Limitations of the past were there to learn and to grow from.

It is time now to let go of all that keeps you bound,

All that weighs you down,

All that limits you or hinders you in any way as now is the time to ascend.

And before we go any further,

Before we venture any deeper,

I would like you to know that you are fully supported,

Grounded and protected in all ways and that everything you experience upon this journey is for the betterment of yourself as well as everything and everybody else.

So go ahead and picture in front of you a set of stairs and with each step that you take allow yourself as we count down to enter into an even deeper and more relaxed state of consciousness,

Remaining fully aware from ten to nine to eight.

Allow as you become incredibly relaxed,

Open to receive and integrate all the divine wisdom and information that you will collect upon your journey down to seven to six to five as you dive deeper and deeper still into the most relaxed state of being that you can ever remember.

Three and two,

Noise,

Every sound,

Every whisper,

You dive deeper and deeper into that relaxed and open state of awareness,

Grounded,

Secure,

Safe and divinely guided in all ways.

Down to two,

I would like for you to bring up the image of a screen within your mind and upon this screen bring up the representation,

The imagery,

A picture if you like,

Of your mother and of yourself and noticing how close you are standing to one another I would like for you to face each other and just to take a moment to focus on the cord that connects the two of you,

The cord that was created at your conception and deliverance,

The cord that was created when you were a baby and if not cut will continue to allow for your mother to see you and treat you as such.

By cutting all old energetic connections and beliefs that are attached to them it allows us to create new connections,

Self-actualized ones created as adults,

Created in a way that benefits all parties in all places,

Across all timelines,

Dimensions of reality and realms of existence.

The changes you are making today will echo for eternity around the entire universe so I thank you for your dedication to your personal and to the collective evolution of consciousness,

Of humanity as well as the entire universe.

I bow in honor to you.

Notice the cord that connects you to your mother.

Take a moment with a sense of wonder to learn and to grow from the whole experience.

Take a moment to notice whereabouts this cord is that connects the two of you and what chakra it relates most closely or prominently to.

What color is this cord?

Does it feel very one-directional as though you are always giving and she is always taking?

Very good.

I will ask that your guiding angel comes down from the heavens above and gives to you your sword of truth,

Your sword of justice,

Your sword of divine will.

So as you hold out your hand and feel that beautiful divine being ascends,

Descends to resend to you that which is yours by right.

Your energy,

Your freedom,

Your liberation.

So as you hold out your hand and receive within it that beautiful blade,

That sword of truth,

I would like for you to take hold of it with both hands and to simply cut through that cord that connects you to your mother.

Just to realize how much weight has been lifted,

How much more able you feel to walk your own path,

To experience your own dreams,

To create your own future version of reality.

And next what you need to do is recreate a connection between the two of you.

One as two fully actualized individuals of two adults that choose to have a relationship with one another because it is mutually beneficial and uplifting.

One based upon and grounded in love.

And as you connect this cord from yourself to your mother,

Do so from your heart center to her heart center.

Just like a piece of string that binds you,

That connects you,

That unites you.

It does so in a mutually beneficial and uplifting way and it does so within the frequency of all that is,

Was or ever shall be.

The frequency that shall set us all free.

The frequency of love.

What I ask that you now do is reclaim and redistribute everything that is yours and everything that is not.

Bringing back all of your energy that you have given out throughout your lifetime and giving back everything that was not yours to begin with.

And I ask that as you are such an easy and effortless creator being,

I ask that you do this energy reclaim and redistribution,

Go ahead and grow deep and grounding roots out of the soles of your feet into the crystalline core of the earth.

Connecting and grounding you to this earthly realm,

I would like to ask you one simple truth.

Why do you do what you do?

What is the purpose of your existence?

What are you most excited about experiencing?

And as you sit with these questions,

Pondering upon the answer,

Allow as your consciousness begins to sink deeper down,

All the way as deep down as you can go.

All the way down that root system that connects you to the center of our beautiful planet.

Just like planting a seed and leaving it within the darkness to germinate.

As you drift,

Venture,

As you journey all the way down,

Deeper down still,

Into the very crystalline core of our beautiful planet,

Allow as you fully connect to her,

Adopting and embodying her energetic frequency,

To the point that you are no longer separate to her,

But you are her,

Able to experience all the sensations,

The feelings,

The frequencies that she feels herself.

Take a moment just to give thanks and appreciation to our beautiful planet,

To Mother Earth,

To Gaia.

And as you begin to fully tune in to the frequency of our Celestial Mother,

Go ahead and increase that vitality and vibrancy,

Allowing for everything that is not in harmony with the frequency of the Earth,

New understanding of your position in life and what you are assisting and delivering in creation,

Dimensions and realities,

Locking it in place,

Securing it and fastening it within every fibre of your being,

Every atom,

Every molecule and even the space between.
