Welcome to this morning grounding routine to help you settle into yourself,
Settle into the day and connect to the earth so that you can go forth throughout the day in play,
Knowing that you have everything that you require and that life happens for you as opposed to to you.
So getting out of bed I invite you to go straight downstairs and outside to stand barefoot upon the earth and to ensure that you do this no matter what the weather conditions may be,
Rain or Sun,
I invite you to start your day by standing barefoot upon the earth.
So walking outside and taking a moment or two just to connect to yourself and your surroundings,
Taking a few deep and mindful breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth,
Watching and feeling as that beautiful pranic life force energy that fills you and animates you,
Watch as it enters in through the crown of your head with every breath that you accept into you,
Noticing that it is the acceptance of the breath as well as the acceptance of all things in life that allow us to enjoy it most effortlessly and beneficially.
And with every breath out I invite you to go ahead and to release along with the breath anything and everything that is no longer serving you.
And you may like to watch as you breathe in as that air and the oxygen that is then pumped around your body keeping you alive and allowing you the opportunity to enjoy this life's experience.
Watch as it enters in through your nose or through the crown of your head,
Flowing down your spine towards your sitting bone and your belly.
And then as you breathe out you may like to look up to the heavens above and watch as that air passes back up the front of your body and back out to the universe at large,
Creating a cycle,
A circle,
A continual loop,
Breathing in and out for a few moments as you allow your mind to settle,
To calm and your awareness to fully ground into the present moment,
The gift of now.
And with the next few breaths I invite you to breathe out instead of through the crown of your head and back to the universe above you,
I invite you to breathe out into the earth below you so that you become the center of it all with the heavens above and the earth below.
Breathing in through your nose and watching as that beautiful pranic life-force energy enters into your body filling you and flowing all around you.
And as you breathe out focusing upon your feet and breathing out through the soles of your feet you may feel as they begin to tingle,
Vibrate or pulsate as you are sending all of that energy that is no longer serving,
Any worries,
Stresses,
Any concerns for the day,
Just allow them to melt away as you feel that energy drain out of the soles of your feet into the earth below.
Just continue this for a few minutes until you feel fully present within yourself,
The center with the heavens above and the earth below.
And next it is time to grow.
As you stand barefoot upon the earth go ahead and face your palms towards the sky as you open your arms a little wider opening your chest and your heart center.
Then go ahead and watch,
Picture,
Imagine and will it so as deep tap roots begin to grow out of the soles of your feet and into the crystalline core of the earth below.
As you watch and feel roots grow out of the soles of your feet reaching all the way down,
Deeper down still,
Grounding and securing you to this earthly plane and to this very day,
This moment of now,
This game to play.
As you feel a sensation of freedom and connection wash over you,
As you know that you are grounded and supported,
Guided and protected from the heavens above and the earth below,
With you at the center point of it all and with your breath being the vital ingredient that continues it.
From the moment that we are born to the moment that we pass on,
It is the breath that animates us,
It is the breath that connects us.
So go ahead and take a few breaths with the earth,
Breathing with Gaia,
With the ebb and the flow,
The twists and the turns,
The ups and the downs,
The light and the dark,
The warm and the cold.
When you are centered within yourself,
Grounded to the earth and present with your own heart,
Life truly is a magical gift,
One that in my experience is best enjoyed one breath at a time.
Knowing that you are supported and provided for by our beautiful mother Gaia.
Set your intentions for the day that you would wish to have ahead using the I am mantras.
I am connected,
Successful,
I am going,
I am willing,
I am achieving,
I am because I can and I can because I am.
Whatever it is you would like to experience,
Whisper within your mind or speak out loud your intentions.
I am going to create today the most uplifting positive and beneficial experience for myself and all others in every way.
I am open to experiencing my highest and greatest timeline,
Interactions and experiences in all ways and I am grateful to be present,
To be grounded,
To be me today and all days.
Setting your intention,
Willing it so and then watching within your mind,
Using your mind's eye as you project yourself forwards throughout the day,
Watching what happens and how it takes place in the most uplifting,
Positive and beneficial way.
When you are ready to bring a close to your morning grounding routine,
Go ahead and lock all this information in place,
This beautiful pranic life force energy that is flowing around you and through you.
Know that with every breath that you accept into you,
It fills you and with every breath out,
Allow that love and light of the universe at large to overflow from you.
Being the source of your own happiness,
Support,
Inspiration,
Connection and love.
Being grounded in the present moment,
Grateful for every experience to follow.
And I would like for you to know within every fiber of your being,
Every atom,
Every molecule and even the space between,
That you will know exactly what you need to know,
Exactly when you need to know it,
In order to achieve everything you are here to achieve,
Doing so easily and effortlessly,
Subconsciously.
There is nothing that you need to do other than to continue this morning routine for as long or a shorter period as you feel necessary or that you would like or desire to.
I recommend at least two weeks and if you are able 30 days of continual practice and dedication to this art form.
Go forth and make today the best it can be in every way,
By looking for the positives in every given situation,
Every interaction,
Every conversation,
By looking for the best in every person,
Including yourself.
You give yourself the opportunity to see it,
To believe it,
To achieve it.
