Greetings and welcome to this transformational and transcendental inner child healing guided meditation.
So firstly I would like to take this opportunity to thank you,
To thank you for showing up for yourself,
To thank you for looking to create a change so that you can continue forwards in life in the most uplifted,
Abundant,
Positive and prosperous way.
To be able to free yourself from the pains of the past,
To embrace and to fully embody the inner child version of yourself that experienced trauma and pain all those years ago.
That it is now time to free yourself from and to return home as it is the completion of the self that brings self-completion.
We can never complete ourselves with anything external,
Another person,
An achievement,
Material possessions.
These are all just masks to cover the truth that resides inside.
That we complete ourselves with ourselves and that is exactly what we will be doing in today's transformational journey.
So making yourself comfortable I invite you to begin to blink your eyes,
Taking a few deep and mindful breaths deep inside.
Breathing in through your nose and releasing with a sigh out through your mouth,
In through your nose and a short second breath.
Breathing in once again and then releasing back to whence it came.
One more time as you breathe with me.
Breathing in through your nose and then two short second breaths in and once again and breathing back out your mouth,
Releasing everything and anything that is no longer serving.
Taking a moment to acknowledge yourself,
To appreciate yourself,
To send that feeling of unconditional acceptance and love to yourself.
And throughout today's journey there is nothing that you need do other than listen to the words as they flow through and allow for the reconnection and full embodiment of your truth.
That you are the creator of your own reality here to experience the life of even the wildest of your dreams and that it is when you remove an obstacle or a feeling of lack or limitation that you are then able to walk,
To skip along that path towards your most authentic and high vibration.
The version of you that you know yourself to be.
Living,
Happy,
Wild and free.
So as you continue to breathe deeply and mindfully just allow as you drift a little deeper down with every thought,
Every feeling,
Every sensation and emotion as you continue to listen to the music in the background and the words as they flow through,
Knowing that you are always safe,
Supported,
Guided and protected when you are here with me.
And that this journey that you are choosing to take is one of deep transformation and reconnection that has been specifically created just for you.
As you set the intention to release everything and anything that is no longer serving.
Releasing the old to create the space for the new.
And once again I would just like for you to know that there is nothing that you need to do as this journey will be experienced,
Received and integrated at the subconscious level.
And that you trust your subconscious mind enough to keep you alive.
As when you go to sleep at night you know that your subconscious mind will continue to breathe for you,
To pump the blood around your body as it continues to beat your heart continuously.
You trust your subconscious mind to keep you alive just as you trust your subconscious mind to receive all of the information that it requires.
To let go of a feeling of scarcity,
Of fear,
Of vulnerability,
Any feeling of lack or limitation,
Of isolation,
Any feeling that is low in vibration,
That is not in alignment with the truth of who you are,
Is to be released during today's journey experiencing on completion of this beautifully powerful transformational meditation.
The full embodiment of the truth of who you are and the high vibrational frequency that will be known and experienced by you in every moment moving forwards.
So go ahead and take a few deep and mindful breaths,
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth and only releasing the breath,
Releasing the old to create the space for the new when you are ready to let go of everything and anything that is no longer serving you,
Releasing the old to create the space for the new.
So speaking directly to your unconscious,
Your subconscious mind,
Is it alright for you to release the feeling of separation,
Of isolation,
The feeling of inadequacy,
To connect to the truth that is so plain to see,
That you are and have always been more than good enough just as you are,
That you are loved,
Supported,
Connected,
You are seen,
Heard and understood and this is what will be fully realized and embodied.
So bringing to mind if you like the image of a TV screen as you use your third eye to bring up the image upon this screen of a door that is just in front of you and behind this door a set of stairs that lead all the way down into the depth of your unconscious,
Your subconscious mind.
As you go ahead and turn on this screen,
Bringing up the image of this door,
Taking a moment or two just to connect to and acknowledge the qualities and characteristics of this door.
How large,
What shape,
What material is it made,
What color and how does this door open,
Does it require a key,
Does it have a handle,
However this door opens know that it opens only for you and that once again everything that you experience throughout today's journey is for you,
For the highest and greatest good and so go ahead if you like and only if you are ready to connect to your truth and fully embody that high vibrational frequency and a life of true abundance,
Connectivity,
Happiness and harmony.
Go ahead and open the door as you see the lights begin to rise and the stairs in front of you as you step down from step 10 to 9 and 8,
Taking a moment to connect and to allow for that feeling of gratitude and appreciation to wash over you,
To know that it is you,
That is the answer that you seek and the change that you wish to see and stepping down,
Deeper down still,
The 7,
6 and 5,
A sense of gratitude and appreciation washing over you and felt within every fiber of you,
Appreciation and gratitude for the simple fact that you are you.
Down,
Even deeper down still to 4 and 3,
Feeling more and more relaxed,
Connected and receptive as you continue to listen to me.
Stepping all the way down into the deepest depths of your unconscious,
Your subconscious mind as you step down to step 2 and 1,
Taking a moment just to acknowledge your connection to this deeper element,
An area of existence,
To know that your subconscious mind has access to all the information that it requires in order for you to be able to live a life of true happiness,
Prosperity,
Purpose and connectivity,
A life of bliss and love and that you know everything that you need to know in order to achieve everything that you are here to achieve,
Doing so easily and effortlessly,
Subconsciously.
So speaking now directly to your unconscious,
Your subconscious mind,
I would like to ask you,
When was the first time did you experienced fear and a feeling of separation from your truth that led you to try to hide and to limit your ability to fly,
To soar,
To glide,
To live in that high vibrational state of being,
That frequency of truth that you are reconnecting to and that on completion of this journey will be fully embodied and known by you?
When was the first time did you experience separation from your truth and a feeling of fear that crippled you?
Was it before,
During or after your birth?
If it was after your birth,
How old were you?
Thank you.
Very good.
If it was before your birth,
Was it whilst you were in your mother's womb or was it during a past life or passed down ancestrally or genealogically to you?
If it was whilst you were in your mother's womb,
What trimester,
How old in months were you?
And if it was prior to this,
Was it passed down to you ancestrally or was it experienced in a past life?
Whatever answer that your subconscious mind has brought up,
Know this to be true as I invite you to begin to allow as you disconnect from the material,
Beginning to float way,
Way,
Way up into the air,
Allowing as part of you,
A higher aspect of you as you disconnect from your physical form,
Knowing that you are grounded and protected as you begin to float way,
Way,
Way up into the air and all the way back to the root cause of this feeling of disconnection and limitation.
The first time that you experienced fear that was unnecessary and irrational,
The first time that you disconnected from your truth.
Go ahead and float all the way back to that moment in time,
Floating directly above the event and looking down into it so that in a moment we can ask the subconscious mind what it requires,
What learnings it needs to embody and then to allow for yourself to return to that feeling of freedom,
Connectivity and prosperity,
To let go of the feeling of urgency and necessity.
And as you look down,
Go ahead and ask your unconscious,
Your subconscious mind what it needs to learn,
The learnings of which will allow you to let go of that feeling of separation and to return to your natural high vibration,
Knowing that I am safe,
I am seen,
I am supported,
I am guided,
I am protected,
I am learning,
I am growing,
I am evolving,
Allowing for your unconscious mind to show you what it is that you need to see,
Realizing how it makes so much sense that you would have responded in the way that you did as that younger version of yourself,
But that as you look down upon the situation,
The interaction through your lenses of perception today that has the fully actualized adult that you are,
You can see that there is another way.
Never again will you run away when faced with a fear or a feeling of lack or unworthiness because you know your truth,
That you are more than good enough,
More than worthy and that you are and have always been loved.
Go ahead and continue to allow for the information to flow through,
Reminding the unconscious,
The subconscious mind of its highest and truest directive,
Which is to protect and serve you.
Running away from events,
Situations,
Interactions that previously brought up a feeling of fear and limitation within you,
Well that did previously keep you safe and to some degree serve you,
But knowing that there is a much better way,
Which is to face and to move through every obstacle today and always,
To learn and to grow and to continue to evolve in mind,
Body and soul.
The subconscious mind has no alternative but to take the information that you are being delivered,
To know that you are and have and always will be love embodied,
Able to overcome any and all obstacles that you face,
As your success rate at overcoming even the most difficult trials and tribulations from the past is 100%,
Or you would not be here listening to this now.
And as you continue to allow for all of the information that you require to be received and integrated with ease,
I would like to invite you to begin to float down into the scene that you are watching,
Hearing and feeling below you.
And as you float down,
All the way down into the scene,
So that you are stood energetically next to that previous version of yourself,
Your ancestor accordingly,
I would like to invite you to look lovingly towards that previous version of you and to open your arms and as you do,
To feel the warm and loving embrace from yourself,
As your lips begin to round at the corners and the biggest of smiles forms upon your face,
Opening your arms and calling yourself back home,
As you take yourself lovingly in the warmest and most supportive and enriching of embraces,
Holding yourself and as you do,
Feeling as that previous version of yourself feels seen and heard and accepted,
Loved,
Appreciated and embraced,
As you remind yourself,
I keep myself safe,
I am the source of my own inspiration,
Connection,
Support and upliftment,
I am my own caregiver,
My own provider,
My own father,
My own mother,
I am the creator of my own reality and I am focused on that which I wish to see,
Bringing into creation a life of true upliftment,
Harmony and prosperity and as you fully embody this truth,
You feel as that previous version of you that had been outcast in the past,
Left alone in the dark,
As you embrace yourself,
Feeling as that previous version of you energetically connects and returns home to you,
As you feel that version of you melt back into you,
With a connection and feeling of liberation and upliftment,
As your heart feels as though it is expanding,
Growing and growing,
With every breath in breathing in and fully adopting and embodying this truth and every breath out,
Allowing for that love to be echoed back out from you,
As you breathe that love out,
As it expands from you,
Filling the room,
The building,
The street,
The town,
The city,
The state,
The region,
The country,
As you feel that full connection and high vibration as it is known and felt within and then released,
Echoed and experienced outside of yourself,
As you know without any fibre of doubt,
You know deep down that everything you experience externally is a reflection of that experienced internally and that having welcomed and beckoned and brought yourself back home to yourself,
Having completed yourself with yourself,
I would like for you to go ahead and to lock this feeling,
This experience,
This embrace,
Locking it in place within every fibre of your being,
Every atom,
Every molecule and even the space between,
Doing so across every lifetime,
Timeline,
Dimension and reality,
Knowing that you are your own supporter,
Provider,
Carer and lover,
You are the creator of your own reality and it is so beautiful to see that you are creating such a beautiful high vibrational and connected experience for yourself and those around you and I would like to invite you to shine and to echo out that feeling of gratitude and appreciation for everything and everybody else in that scene,
Raising the vibration,
Knowing that what had previously been seen and embodied as traumatic,
Hostile and scary,
The experience of the past that had caused you to disconnect and separate from your truth and the love that you feel within your heart,
To know that you are loved,
You are loved and you have and always will be and that again,
As always,
Your life is yours to create accordingly,
As you choose to focus and to embody that high vibrational frequency,
To experience through the creation of it,
As you focus and set your intentions to walk a path accordingly from this to that moment in time,
To create for yourself and all those around you the most uplifted,
Prosperous,
Connected,
Happy and harmonious version of reality,
In completion,
The world at large and your life experienced in separation and connection,
A full embodiment of the truth that you are the universe experiencing itself in separation,
Here to live the most high vibrational and prosperous version of existence that you can imagine,
Setting the intention and planting the seeds towards the creation of that which you know is your destiny,
Knowing that you are unique and beautiful and powerful and that your reason for existence is for you to be you and to do that which you are here to do and when you honour and fully embody this truth,
Everywhere that you go,
You are shown,
Shown that you are love as you are loved,
You are connected,
Prosperous,
With that feeling of gratitude that washes over and through you,
Being grateful for everybody and every experience that you have ever been part of,
As that image from the past that you had previously experienced separation and that disconnection from,
As you go ahead and bathe it in light and love,
Shining down from above the truth of who you are and that feeling of connection and positivity that is being breathed in and out by you,
For you,
Through you,
When you are ready and only when you are ready and if there are any more learnings or information that you require at the subconscious level,
Go ahead and allow for this information,
This wisdom to be received and integrated by you with ease,
Doing so now easily and effortlessly and then when you are ready and only when you are ready,
I would like to invite you to begin to travel all the way back,
As far back as you require,
To ensure that you are way before the event that caused you that feeling of separation,
Travelling way before the event or any chain of events which led to it,
Travelling as far back and as high up in time and space as you require,
All the way back to the start of existence or even prior,
To ensure that you are way before the event or any chain of events which led to it and when you get there,
I would like for you,
From that perspective,
With this truth and information that you now have received and embodied,
To look back down towards the event that you previously felt that disconnect and as you do,
I would like for you to see if you can find any residue of that feeling of fear that was unnecessary and unwanted,
Any feeling of disconnection and reforming and reconnecting,
Re-embodying that abundance and prosperity.
As you look from position number two,
That is as far back as you require,
As you look back to position number one,
That was the experience that we have now reanimated and recreated,
Bringing forth the truth.
Is there any feeling of fear that is unnecessary and irrational?
Where is the feeling of disconnection and separation gone?
Where was that old voice that used to tell you that you were no good and that you deserve to experience pain and suffering because if you had experienced it then it was obviously meant to be and if we experience something it is because we deserve it,
You are more than worthy.
With that feeling of disconnection from your truth now dissolved and the truth of who you are so plain to see,
Go ahead and fully breathe in and adopt and embody the truth that once again you are the creator of your own reality and as you go ahead and float back so that you are looking down upon the event once again as though it's an echo from the past knowing that you have brought that version of yourself back home,
That you have completed yourself with yourself and that for one more time you will just allow for that old scene to repeat within your mind as all of the residue and energy and any feeling of connection or importance as it washes away and is dissolved as it is removed from that image.
Where once there was a feeling of fear and separation and isolation now there is a feeling of connection and liberation and abundance as every breath that you accept into you that flows through you and back out from you as you are grateful for it as you know that it brings with it that pranic life-force energy that fills you and animates you.
Taking a moment or two just to breathe in this truth before returning back all the way back as far back as is required back to position number two and in a moment not just yet but in a moment I would like to invite you to begin to travel back along your timeline back from position number two all the way back to now doing so only as quickly or as slowly as you require to ensure that you fully and completely integrate the truth of who you are within every fiber of your being every atom every molecule and even the space between doing so across every lifetime timeline dimension and reality and as you do I would like for you to stop at three critical events of old three times when you previously felt wounded and scolded isolated fearful and as though you were not enough in some way shape or form.
The previously outcast and traumatized in a child that you have now brought back home adopted and embodied and completed yourself with yourself.
Stopping as you come back to now are three critical events of old when you previously felt that separation from your truth and the high vibration that you now adopt and embody in everything you do and with each of these events I would like for you to stop above the event and to integrate the truth the truth of who you are that I am loved I am accepted I'm embraced I am supported I am abundant I am seen I am heard I am respected I am love as I am loved I am happiness harmony and connected I am all of these things and so much more integrating this truth into every fiber of your being every atom every molecule and even the space between across every lifetime timeline dimension and reality as you take up position number one and integrate this truth and then take up position number two ensuring your way before the event or any chain of events which led to it before passing to the next subsequent event take up position number one integrate the truth of who you are and then take up position number two ensuring your way before the event or any chain of events which led to it and then travel to the next subsequent event take up position number one integrate the truth position number two and then continue to travel only as quickly or as slowly as you require all the way back to now and when you get back to now go ahead and float back down into the room and back down in to your body and as you do feel that connection and a feeling of vitality positivity prosperity feel as it washes through you and is known by you as it is echoed out from you as you breathe it in with every breath that you accept into you and breathe it back out to those around you with every breath that you surrender back to the universe around you so go ahead and begin to travel back to now doing so only as quickly or as slowly as you require to fully embody the truth of who you are within every fiber of your being every atom every molecule and even the space between across every lifetime timeline dimension and reality I am love I am loved I am embodied and the universe in perfection and completion I'm supported I'm protected I'm happy I'm prosperous I'm seen I'm heard I am safe I am loved I am worthy I am enough I am more than enough I am loved,
Seen,
