Hello and welcome.
I am Julie Skon,
And this is a meditation that is intended to be a sacred space for womb healing for women.
I was called to create this meditation for many reasons,
But primarily because I was thinking about how our wombs need and want and deserve so much love and kindness and compassion and care.
So if you are in a space of wanting and needing love and care,
Especially in your womb space,
This meditation,
This time is for you.
Begin by rubbing your hands together just to create some warmth and some energy.
And let's place an intention of deep love and understanding and connection within the palms of our hands.
When you feel that warmth build,
Place your hands over your lower abdomen and start to slowly guide your breath into that space.
With your hands over your womb,
Check in with what you are feeling or experiencing right now.
Allow your somatic connection to open by utilizing a few descriptive words for what it feels like for you internally.
Maybe there are sensations that you notice.
Maybe there's an energy bubbling to the surface.
Maybe you feel emotions are flowing.
Whatever they are,
Just witness what is coming up for you.
Maybe say some sweet words to your womb.
Say hello.
Say that you are here,
That you are listening,
And that you are giving yourself and your womb some love.
Now it's time to fill you with some healing light and lots of love.
If they aren't already,
Please softly close your eyes and begin to envision yourself underneath the most beautiful,
Bright,
Golden light.
Feel this light begin to land upon your skin.
It's soft and gentle and warm.
Invite this light to slowly come into your body.
Moving from the external world into your internal world.
Feel this light start to fill your womb from the very bottom all the way to the top.
Every cell,
Every part of your womb is glowing in this healing light.
Allow this light to work its magic for you.
Ask this light for what you need.
Ask it for healing.
Ask it for peace.
Ask it for joy.
Whatever it is that you need,
Ask the light.
I'll give you a few minutes to ask,
To listen,
To feel,
And to respond if that's what comes up for you.
This time is for you.
Let's take a few more soft and sweet breaths together.
Checking in with yourself again,
Noticing how you're feeling.
If your body feels like adding movement,
Please do so.
If you need to release some energy,
Shake your body,
Dance around.
If you want to be still,
Be still.
If you are ready to come out of this meditation,
And as you gently open your eyes,
Remember that your womb,
Your inner home,
Is always filled with light,
And that our bodies,
Especially our wombs,
Speak to us.
It is our calling and so important to nurture ourselves,
Especially when it seems that the world around us does not,
But this community does.
I'm here for you.

I honor your journey and your healing,
And so does your body.
