This simple meditation will help calm the mind, connect to the body, and offer healing and energy to your own heart through breath and visualization. It is excellent to practice anytime you are feeling exhausted, depleted, sick, injured, or just need a little self-love. This is also a lovely practice to fall asleep with to help calm your mind and welcome sweet dreams and healing rest.

Welcome to this guided self-loving energy healing meditation.

Please find a comfortable position to sit or lie down.

If possible,

Rest your hands over your heart.

Take a few deep breaths to settle and to check in.

Notice how you're feeling in your body right now.

Observe your breath.

Where does it go in your body?

How does it feel to breathe in?

To breathe out?

How does it feel to surrender your weight to the earth?

To feel the ground coming up to meet you?

Now we can offer some specific awareness to the heart.

Your heart has been holding a lot for you.

Notice its weight and its work.

Notice how it feels to have your hands resting here,

If they are.

Now deepen your breath a little bit.

Imagine that the breath is drawing energy up from the earth into your hands.

This earth energy is the energy of love.

It is limitless and unconditional.

It is always there to connect you.

Each inhale pulls the love energy up from the earth,

And each exhale allows it to pulse through your hands into your heart.

As you inhale,

Say the word love silently to yourself.

As you exhale,

Say the word love,

Just like a mantra.

Keep pulling the energy of love up from the earth through your hands,

Into or toward your heart.

Feel the energy circulating through your hands and into your heart.

Imagine that your heart is pumping this energy through your body,

Just like it normally pumps blood.

Offer this love energy to all the places that need healing.

Your heart,

Your mind,

Your shoulders,

Your belly.

If you like,

Move your hands around your body as you are directing the energy to these places.

Spend as much time in each place as you feel you need,

Offering that energy wherever feels tender or in need of a little extra attention.

Notice those areas of tenderness,

Of physical or emotional pain.

And breathe that love energy into those places,

With or without your hands.

Stay in a place until it feels that it's time to move on.

And then direct your energy and your hands,

If you're using them,

To a new place in your body.

You may find that there's just one place that wants a lot of your attention.

It might even be your heart.

It's also just fine to stay in that one place and allow the love energy to circulate as it will.

It will tend to know where to go.

Press your palms down into the earth or toward the earth.

Imagine releasing any energy that's not serving you right now,

Any energy that's not yours to hold.

The earth is capable of holding any kind of energy and transforming it back into that limitless love.

So release what's not yours.

Then you may like to place your palms together.

If you're seated,

Bow your head gently.

And thank yourself for spending time with the magic of the earth's limitless love and with the love that you hold for your own self.

Thank you dear Julie, for yet another beautiful supportive track 🙏💕 I have no idea if you are able to see data on who listens to your meditations or how frequently, but in case you can’t, I want to let you know what an important part of my daily life your offerings have played for me for probably five years now… from having listened to your pelvic floor meditation hundreds of times to help deal w chronic nerve pain in that region, to using your shield meditation almost daily during a period of ending some relationships w some very toxic ppl, your loneliness meditation during a terribly difficult time, and often seeking sleep while listening to a playlist of your night time guided meditations, (and many more examples I can’t think of right now!), you continue to have such a powerful and positive impact and I am profoundly grateful. My friend told me she gifted herself your Full Moon Yearbook. Curious, I googled it and found out you are an IT teacher. I just did this healing meditation on a day that came with some sadness.
