This is a guided experience to help you tap into that which you desire.
So sit or lay down comfortably,
Take a deep breath in and out.
Another deep breath in and out.
Continue to breathe in this way for the next few minutes while I talk a little bit about how we create our reality.
The things that we think about often are the things that we attract into our lives.
This is the law of attraction,
That whatever we put our focus on consistently is what we create in our lives,
It's what we attract to us.
What do you constantly think about?
Do you constantly think about the things that you love,
Appreciate,
Desire,
Or do you constantly think about things that you're scared of,
Worried about,
Things that you don't want to happen,
Things that upset you?
We all think about things that we want and don't want.
It's important to note that what we focus on consistently,
Whether it's what we want or don't want,
That is what we attract into our lives.
We are magnetic,
Attractive beings,
And so what we think about actually has the power to attract that into our lives.
For this guided experience,
We are going to visualize and feel those things that we want to attract to us.
We're going to get in a relaxed,
High vibrational state because when we're feeling good,
Relaxed,
And when we're in a high vibration,
We are more powerful in attracting things to us.
Once we're in this state,
We're going to think about,
Visualize,
And feel that which we wish to bring in.
I want you to enjoy this practice.
You might even find yourself smiling or feeling excited,
And these are all good things when we're visualizing because they help to draw those things that we want towards us even more strongly and quickly.
Continue to breathe slowly,
Deeply,
In and out,
And find an inner smile.
Imagine in your heart there is a warm,
Glowing light that begins to expand and grow,
Beginning from your heart center,
And as you breathe,
This warm,
Glowing light begins to fill your entire body.
And feel an inner smile in your heart that also starts to expand with this light.
You might even notice a smile beginning to form on your face.
You might feel the muscles in your face relax,
Your jaw,
Your eyes,
As you breathe deeply and fill yourself up with this warm,
Glowing light and inner smile.
Notice how it feels to do this.
As we smile and fill ourselves up with this light,
We begin to raise our vibration,
Feeling good,
Feeling happy,
Feeling strong,
Feeling connected,
Feeling grateful,
Feeling blessed,
Feeling light.
And now I'd like you to think about what it is that you would like to create in your life.
Let's focus on just one thing today to keep things simple and clear.
And as you think about this thing,
Visualize it,
Forming a clear picture in your mind of what it looks like,
Of what your life looks like with this thing in your life.
And feel how it would feel to have this in your life.
Feel the feelings now.
When we can tap into how it would feel to have something manifest,
We actually draw it towards us even faster,
Breathing here,
Holding that image,
Feeling those feelings,
Smiling and breathing and enjoying this experience.
Take another couple breaths here,
Noticing how this feels.
If you'd like to stay here longer,
Please feel free to do so.
Otherwise,
If your eyes are closed,
Blink them open slowly.
Take in your surroundings.
Notice how that experience was.
Notice how you're feeling,
If it's any different than when we first started today.
And remember that you can do this practice anytime.
It only takes a few minutes.
And the more that we can tap into this high vibration,
This feeling good,
This feeling of already having what we want,
We begin to attract it to us even faster.
If you start to find that you're feeling not good,
You're feeling worried,
Anxious,
Scared that this item,
This thing is not going to manifest,
Then we need to pause and shift our feelings back to that feeling of already having what we desire,
Visualizing it,
Feeling how good it would be,
How good it is,
Imagining it's already so.
And this feeling good is what attracts it to us.
So don't let yourself slip into the worry or feeling bad or any sort of desperate energy to have what we want.
If you do,
Make sure that you are pausing and then re-tuning yourself into that good feeling,
Knowing and trusting that when we feel good,
We attract to us.
When we feel good,
We attract faster,
And that the universe wants us to feel good and to have what we want.
And so we can utilize that knowledge to manifest what we desire.
