Hello and welcome.
Thank you for taking this time for yourself today to connect with your higher self,
Your innate wisdom,
Your inner peace that is always within you.
Create space for yourself by setting aside any distractions for at least the next 10 minutes.
Find a quiet and comfortable space to sit or lay down.
Bring at least one beautiful object into your space such as a flower,
A photo,
Anything that you enjoy.
Get nice and comfortable.
Sit down and place your feet flat on the floor and sit tall with your shoulders relaxed.
If you're tired,
Please lay down.
Settle into this space and relax any muscles that might feel tense in your body.
Soften the eyebrows,
The corners of your eyes,
And relax your jaw.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Softly close your eyes or gaze at something out in front of you.
Take five slow deep breaths through the nose.
Notice what it feels like to breathe.
What does it feel like to inhale?
Follow your breath all the way to the top of the inhale.
Follow your breath down to the bottom of the exhale.
Simply noticing what it feels like to breathe.
Observe any thoughts that arise.
When a thought arises,
Simply notice it and then let it float by and come back to observing your breath and feeling your inhales and exhales.
You can also imagine that you're watching your thoughts like a silent movie screen.
Simply observing when they arise and then coming back to the breath and letting them float by.
When we come back to the breath,
We connect to the present moment where we are always okay.
We are always okay.
Keep breathing.
Feel your breath.
Feel your body.
Place your left hand over your heart,
Right hand on your lower belly.
Breathe and feel your connection to this inner stillness,
Wisdom,
And power.
How does it feel to connect to this place?
Now say and feel these intentions,
Either out loud or in your mind.
Take your time when you say these intentions.
And don't just say the words.
Feel them in your body.
In this moment,
I am okay.
I love and honor myself.
I trust myself and I always know the right thing to do.
I now move into my day with presence,
Trust,
And gratitude.
When you feel ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Look around.
Notice what you see,
What you hear,
What you taste,
What you feel.
Move into your day from this calm and grounded place.
And bring this quality of energy into your activities and interactions.
Anytime throughout the day that you find yourself feeling anxious or confused,
Take a moment to pause.
Bring attention back to your breath and take five deep breaths in and out.
Remember how you felt during this practice.
Remember this quality of being,
This quality of energy.
And notice how it feels to connect back to this place.
To connect with your higher self.
