Sit or lay down comfortably and feel your breathing.

Feel your inhales and exhales soothing your nervous system.

Feel the air moving through the body.

Feel your facial muscles relax.

Feel your body and your nervous system settle.

Can you enjoy this simple act and feeling of breathing?

Feel a smile in your heart,

Your inner smile radiating throughout your whole body from the inside to the outside so that maybe even a small Mona Lisa smile appears on your face.

Breathe that in.

Notice how you feel and remember that as you go through your day you can tap into your breath and inner smile and allow this inner radiance to shine out at any time.
