This is The Clean Sweep - a somatic reset ritual designed to help your system release buildup and return to clarity. When we’re under stress, the body holds onto noise: tension, unfinished thoughts, emotional residue. In this ritual, we’ll work with the breath and the felt sense of the body to gently clear what’s lingering - without needing to analyse it. Expect: - nervous system settling - subtle release through the body - a cleaner, quieter inner state Listen when: you feel tense, foggy, wired, or energetically “full.”

Welcome.

This is The Clean Sweep.

A short ritual to bring you back to neutral.

Not a deep dive,

Not a big release.

Just a clean return to baseline.

If you can,

Stand up.

If you'd rather stay seated,

Place both feet on the floor.

Inhale slowly through the nose.

And exhale out of the mouth,

Letting the day leave your body.

Again,

Inhale.

Exhale,

Let the shoulders drop.

Now begin to shake out the hands for a few seconds.

Relax.

Loosen the wrists.

Soften the elbows.

And let your body drop what it's been holding.

And gently let the shaking go.

Now we'll gently begin to signal the body to safety.

Let your eyes gently look around the space you're in.

Land your gaze on three neutral objects.

Let your eyes rest on each one for a breath.

Feel your feet on the ground.

Feel the support beneath you.

Silently say to yourself,

I am here.

Nothing is required right now.

Now place one hand on your chest.

Inhale through the nose.

And on the exhale,

Hum softly a slow,

Hum.

Feel the vibration in the chest and throat.

Again,

Inhale.

Exhale.

One more time,

Inhale.

Exhale.

Now let the breath be natural.

Noticing the shift in your body and nervous system.

Now to seal the practice,

Place one hand on your heart and one on your lower belly.

Feel the rise and fall of your breath.

And softly say to yourself,

I am here.

I am enough.

Everything is unfolding as it should.

Take another deep breath in.

And exhale,

Let it all go.

That's the reset.

Back to center.
